The room we booked was not marked as -1st floor. It was obviously a basement with a window. The front desk had a bad attitude and said there were no other rooms. We arrived in the middle of the night and almost early in the morning. We had no choice but to stay. The smell of sewerage was very strong. Seriously, how clean can a basement be? The external environment of the hotel is quite good

The room was not available at the time of check-in. Although at the reception they treated us very well. The room was poorly cleaned, hair on the floors and so on. The place appeared to be lacking in maintenance. Otherwise the facilities are very good, swimming pool and gym excellent.
