It's a pretty big resort, so I had a hard time finding the reception at first.
Check in at the main reception and drive back to your room. You can also see the sunrise from the hotel's Bilconi, which surrounds the swimming pool.

A nice gettaway for a holiday. Lots of rooms to choose from. Rooms are well equipped and the views at least from the sea view rooms are great!
The hotel is situated on a hill and there are plenty of differences in altitudes. There are some services in the area, restaurants and a small shop but otherwise you need to either drive to take a taxi.
Stayed here now for three times already so can recommend this place!

When I book the hotel, it was shown as a 5-star apartment hotel. photos are also very attractive. in fact, it's an apartment without services and very smelly in the room. It's quite similar to Center Parc concept but less children facilities.
People working in the restaurants were nice, but in the hotel / reception / guest service center etc were NOT friendly/helpful.
if you are also expecting a comfortable stay, not recommend this one.

We areived for a golfing trip and stayed in a 3 room suite. The rooms are of a reasonable size. However bed rooms vary considerably with the master being huge and the others are very very small.
We encountered ants in the sofa bed, to which we complained to reception. Who promised we would have a new room, however later in the day this did hot arise. We were then blamed for the ants even though we had only arrived the prior night. The ants were still on the bed 6 hours later and the cleaning starf (one woman) was not able to open the sofa bed. The staff were very rude in handling this basic cleanliness issue and repeatedly blamed us for the problem?! Terrible stay but good golf courses in the area!

Check-in good and fast 24/7. Good (hard) beds! Big balcony. Great shower pressure!! Unfotunately poor soundproofing. Could use some protection to the chairs legs. They make awful noice, wich you can hear from other rooms.
