Good location, close to the city center, 10 mins walk to popmart store, 30 mins walk to duomo. Some restaurants around the hotel too. Nice hotel ambiance feels like new hotel. But sadly the room is small.

Good option to stay if the price offer is attractive. Location is convenient and the beds are comfortable. But the room is very tiny, both suitcases should be kept only up, otherwise you cannnot walk in the room. The pillows are not comfortable. There was very cold in the room near the window and old air conditioning did not help much to mitigate this. The making up the room one day surprised us very negatively, the sample of the face oil was (kind of not cheap one) left by the maid upside down and almost all oil was on the dusty table in the toilet when we came back. I would strongly recommend the staff not to touch the clients’ belongings and definitely do not cause such loss. So improvements in the service are really expected if we are going to stay here again.

We got to the hotel in the afternoon and the front desk guy was very friendly and very fast.
When we got into our room we noticed that there were some black long hairs in the back of the door, as well as someone’s pink underwear hanging from one of the towel hangers. The next day we noticed they didn’t clean the hairs from the door, and as well they didn’t clean up the room well, I blew up my nose late at night and forgot to throw away one of the Kleenex in the morning, which was in my nightstand when we came back on the afternoon.
I have to be honest, I was not expecting an over the top situation, but at least for them to clean the rooms well, it’s the bare minimum.

The room was a decent size and could accommodate two medium sized suitcases without being too crowded. The breakfast is good, the seats are spacious and there are many choices. It is not far from the city center and the central station, about 15 minutes walk each.

Breakfast and location are satisfactory, but the tram passing by the building is very noisy. And there is no refrigerator or free bottled water in the room. It is fine if you are just going to sleep and leave, but I do not recommend it for long-term stays.

The hotel is located in the center of Milan, within walking distance of Milan Central Station and three subway stops from Milan Cathedral. There are tram stations, Chinese restaurants and Carrefour convenience stores next to the hotel, which is very convenient. The room and bed are small.
