Satisfactory for one or two nights The room was a bit shabby though, stains on the carpet and walls. Good breakfast.

Very good and varied breakfast. Good location as it is close to the bus stop leading to the M2. Very helpful and polite staff.

The quilt in the hotel is three layers, very old and poor. This hotel couldn't be any worse. There was a problem with the reservation from the beginning. The room type we wanted was not reserved at all, and the service attitude was very bad. The room was not ready when we checked in, the facilities were in a dilapidated state, the bathroom was full of water stains, and the bed was dirty. I couldn't sleep well at night. I was so noisy by artificial speakers and the traffic outside that I couldn't fall asleep. The room service had not come the next morning, and the quilts and sheets had not been changed. There was very little time for breakfast, and the food was sparse and unpalatable. The most important thing is that the security and front desk staff here are very unfriendly and impatient when asking questions. The room rate is much more expensive than hotels of the same level. I will never stay here again, I recommend it to others, and I don't want any guests to have the misfortune of choosing to vacation here. This hotel should really take good care of its service quality, otherwise it won't even get a one-star rating.

Excellent location, helpful staff, good price for Milan. Breakfast was also excellent.
