It’s okay for access but hotel looks long time maintenance anyway it’s still comfortable stay.

quite pricey, location is close to city centre, toilet wasn’t very clean but acceptable, we lived in a bedroom for 2 and the service was ok.

Perfect place only this hostel has two locations you need to be careful which one you booked.

Optimal location just on the city center of Milan . With many different services very clean

This hostel is close to the metro station within walking distance. Just two stops from the metro to the Duomo cathedral. I stayed in a double room. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't perfect either. It can be said to be good for its price and performance. The location is really good, easy to reach. Cleanliness is at average standards.

Location was close to the metro station, room was clean we booked 2 ppl room. Staff was friendly. Overall recommended

Well organised and near perfect services, i Will recommend to a friend and I Will always choose this place.

Service was absolutely shocking, do not book here. Rooms are incredibly noise with water and elevator noises going through all rooms all night. Booked as a couple in a 2 bed dorm and were deliberately placed in different rooms. Every single guest we spoke to was in the same situation here with all members of their group being split up. When we asked the difference to upgrade to a private room we were told the 300 euro we'd already paid for the 2 nights was non-refundable and it would cost us an additional 250 euro per night to stay in a private. Upon leaving after 1 night the manager said they deliberately split people up in all rooms. The place was very dirty (blood stains on the sheets), aircon broken and beds were really uncomfortable, even by hostel standards this was bad. We have travelled for years and this is the worst experience we have ever had with a hostel

Old structure not well kept. You need to pay for everything (hairdryer, towels, soap, luggage storage before check-in, after check-out). They don’t have iron

It's pretty standard. The front desk provides bath towels. I thought they didn't provide them. It's a few minutes' walk to the subway station. There are also some restaurants nearby. In short, it's suitable for a short stay, but there are some problems with the shower in the toilet

It was a very comfortable and comfortable place to stay! If you are sightseeing near here, we highly recommend you to use it!
