The staff was nice and overall the place is decent and clean, with a nice outside area with hammocks and a place to chill, location isn’t great but it’s ok if you’re on budget (easy to transport in Milan) near some tram stations.

It was a nice place and the receptionists were really kind too, surprisingly clean and the beds were amazing as well.

The initial part of this day was fine, but after asking the housekeeper who was a male to please knock before entering the room and then subsequently having the female manager, I suppose enter the room five times with not enough time to see if anyone was in the room I was left without toilet paper in the private bathroom for two days Based on this I would not recommend going to this location.

A bit far from centrale station, but hotel is clean! Bedroom has plus toilets. Also has nice terrace
