The front desk service was great, and the dorm was relatively quiet. However, the location is a bit far from the train station, requiring a metro ride to get there.

The room was full of bed bugs it was horrible experience I back home with all these bites and even scared to bring bugs to home!!! Catastrophic

If you’re wondering why this place has got such a low rating, I’m wondering too. I stayed one night here for transit and this hostel is huge as though they transformed a school complex into a hostel. My room was on the 3rd floor and things there are nicely renovated. The mattress and duvet cover they offer you are odourless, not the cleanest but acceptable. Inside the room everything seem decent. They have a large common room and you can see some people there working at night. If you are staying in Milan and is on budget, this place is worth the “risk” if that low rating bothers you alot. Just saying it because I am fine with anyplace as long as i can have a good night sleep. Hope this helps.

Booked this place last minute for an overnight stay before a flight. The room had a strange odor, and I'm pretty sure there were bed bugs – I woke up with red, swollen bites all over. There was even blood on the pillow! I've never left a bad review on Trip.com before, but this was infuriating! 😡

As per look for Hostel type accommodation, Ostello Milano is a nice choice to stay...

I asked the front desk if I could store my luggage, planning to book after getting a positive answer. However, just as I was about to book, the hotel suddenly raised the price on Ctrip... No comment.

No air conditioning, so it was impossible to sleep when the weather was hot, and there were mosquitoes too.

The reception is friendly, but there’s no AC and not even fan in the summer! It’s so hot and I hardly sleep. Location is far from city centre. The good thing is it’s close to FlixBus station.

I stayed here just for a few hours between transits. This place, although not so fancy, did a perfect job for that purpose with friendly staff and all basic necessities you would expect from a hostel at this price range. Highly recommended for budget travellers or those who stay only for a while in Milan.

Very crowded hotel and a bit overpriced for a hostel. The kitchen facilities are limited, with only a microwave and no plates or cutlery. In my room, the toilets were not clean. On the day of my arrival, the Milan police were at the reception because of an incident involving a traveler, which may raise some security concerns. Positive point: convenient location.

This hostel is absolutely superb, the staff are friendly, helpful, full of local knowledge and go the extra mile. The facilities are cleaned daily, rooms are spacious, air conditioned, large lockers for the bigger backpacks

Great location, excellent facilities, and fantastic front desk service. I loved it!

Old building not proper clean a average hostel just one benefit is near to bus station.
