The room was clean and the bathroom was clean. The location is in a community, it is easier to find, not far from the city, take 2 subways to arrive. This kind of room bathroom is shared, but it is very convenient Sound insulation is not good, people outside will be loud when they go up the stairs.

Nice hostel for this money. The location is good, not so far from Duomo but far from the railway. However you can take a M3 subway 🚇 The hostel provides free breakfast and the stuff is friendly! Shower is not working good and not private enough. Beds are metallic and make a noice.

This was just an amazing hotel! We were incredibly pleased! The case when we liked everything! The food in the restaurant was delicious, the rooms were beautifully decorated. Everything was clean, fresh and new! What was especially pleasing: shampoo, shower gel, body cream, soap were organically certified (Cosmos Organic), and in our time it is especially valuable to find cosmetics in hotels without aggressive additives, this is very captivating. We didn't even have to get out our jars of cosmetics. I wish this hotel further prosperity!

The front desk staff was very friendly. There was a washing machine with the capacity of a baby washing machine, so I did my laundry that day and it dried in one day, which was great. If you ask the front desk, they will lend you a drying rack. The heating worked well, the bedding was clean, and I was able to travel without worry for 3 nights and 4 days. The location is far from the city center, but there is a subway and tram station nearby, so it wasn't bad to get around. It was my favorite accommodation personally.

The reception is open 24 hours a day, so I was able to check in even though I arrived early. I was also grateful that they let me charge my phone after checking out of the room and let me use the shared space. The Duomo is within walking distance, but it's dark at night and it's scary to walk alone, so I think it's best to be careful. I asked for water in a plastic bottle, and they kindly did. There were several supermarkets nearby, so I was able to buy souvenirs there.

I could not recommend this wonderful hotel more highly ! I had a single room which was newly renovated and seemed larger then the advertised size. Appreciated the in-room safe and fridge, as well as the strong internet. My room faced into the spacious internal courtyard (see pic) so was very quiet. Enjoyed the guest break-out area with complementary coffee machine and water (see pic). A special shout-out to the excellent staff for their help with information about all things Milano!! Many many dining options within 5 minutes walk of the hotel. My only regret being that I was only there for one night! An excellent hotel in every way!!

Everything is good apart from no hot water on second day of our trip, cuz hot water system was broken. And it was very cold that night, we have shower with cold water.

Very clean, modern and conveniently located apartments. The moment of getting the keys is a little uncomfortable. But the office is located at the station where you come from the airport, so you can pick up the keys and do your business. The apartments are clean, there is a dishwasher and a washing machine. Everything is single, including a sponge for washing dishes. Apartments near the center and metro.
