"This place was brilliant. The room was immaculate. Spotless. New. Furniture, bedding , towels and the little touches 10/10. The staff were super friendly . I saved my bag before check. They did me a breakfast takeout as needed to be out early. They also helped me when i got stranded there as made a mistake with the buses. When i realised there are no buses on a sunday they helped me by chatting to a couple of guests who on leaving were going my way and kindly said they would drop me off. I loved the stay. Top tip.. check buses if going by bus."

"We have never been to Berwick upon Tweed before but we found the area lovely. We tend to stay at a Premier Inn as it is good value for money. The service we received was brilliant and all the staff work so hard. A wee point to note though (i) the room had a slight smell of sickness perhaps the carpet needs to be steam cleaned and (ii) there were 3 of us in the family room but only 2 cups were provided-these did not ruin our stay and we would definitely stay again. There was a drinks promotion on 2 for £8 which meant we could relax with a wee nightcap without worrying about the cost. For being in town centre it was relatively quiet and plenty of parking just a few minutes walk from the hotel."
