Convenient central location with friendly, knowledgeable staff. However, expensive during school holidays, and budget cabins may not be worth the cost.

The dirtiest oldest crappiest caravan park I have ever had the misfortune to be in. It was built 80 plus years ago and not a cent spent on it since. Give this a wide berth. This staff were friendly though. No services were available the cable gate didn’t work. Toilets and showers dreadful

We just spent 8 nights here in a powered site with our caravan and are so glad we did. This place is such a great place to stay. Kate and Les are lovely and have done an amazing job with this spot. We didn't see it prior to them taking over six months ago and I'm glad we didn't as we probably wouldn't have come back going by what they told us it was like prior to them taking over but now it's an awesome family holiday park. The amenities are tidy and very well kept, the playground is a perfect spot for the kids, the camp kitchen and bbq area is on point and the location is perfect. Cleaners and yard maintenance crew are constantly working, keeping the place looking amazing and our girls made some awesome new friends during our stay. We look forward to coming back to stay again and can't wait to see what else Les and Kate have done by then. Thanks again so much guys. From the Pierson's

New management made our stay very enjoyable. The staff were friendly & obliging. Amenities clean. We had a peaceful & relaxing few days. All sites have grass with trees for shade. No traffic noise. There is also a huge grassed area to exercise your dog. And there is a playground for the kids. We will be back!

Staff friendly enough on phone when booking. On arrival busy out back, needs lessons in customer service. Comes across aggressive like you have interrupted her day. Ablutions are dated and weren’t cleaned for 2 days just had toilet paper replaced. No rubbish bins in ablution block so rubbish was left on the floor. Not park’s fault but not cleaned up. Needs maintenance around park especially trees trimmed over paths & dead plants removed. Fencing falling down & leaning into pathways. Park was close to empty but no sprinklers on empty sites & they need it. Charge top dollar because of school holidays but seriously not worth it $$

I booked 3 nights accommodation in a budget cabin for myself my daughter and my grandson which cost over 500 dollars for the three nights so not super cheap The photos when I booked were misleading as the cabin we had was probably the worst one in the park, and looked nothing like the photos on the booking. It was without a doubt the worst accommodation I’ve ever stayed in. The cabin was old outdated and filthy, none of the windows closed or locked properly there was a huge build up of toast crumbs in the toaster tray, the stove had bits of food on it, the couch was absolutely filthy and looked like it had been chewed by rats Under the couch cushions was food, and rubbish, the toilet was black caked on, The wall where children sleep had a hole to the outside. The whole place was poorly maintained and dirty. Office was not attended on a Sunday at all so I could not even complain in person I would not recommend anyone staying here Kim

Dingy place. For almost the same price one can get a better place to stay in Albany. Stoves that only work partially. Free Wifi…What wifi?! Only explanation I could get is … sometimes it works. That sometimes never revealed itself during our 4 nights stay! Rusted pot for cooking, which was replaced and only explanation I got is that the cleaners never informed her about it, first time she had been made aware of it! Cabin accommodation for 4 people but cutlery and crockery deficient. Filthy cabin, very dusty and grimy shelves. Stay away from this place, there are better choices!!!!!
