The bed is 1.2 meters and very comfortable. There are a series of products for washing face, skin care and bathing, which are very useful and complete. This is a small hotel located on the mountain in the Kurokawa Hot Spring area. The environment is quiet and the creek next to the hotel is beautiful. It is convenient for self-driving tours. There are only 8 rooms in the entire hotel, including 6 cabin-style rooms and 2 rooms in the main building. - There are rooms with open-air hot springs and indoor hot spring baths: 3 rooms in total - Rooms with open-air hot spring baths: 3 rooms in total - Rooms with indoor hot spring baths: 2 rooms in total When we booked the room, because the rooms with open-air hot spring baths were fully booked, we could only book rooms with indoor hot spring baths. Although the hot springs did not have outdoor views, the hot spring pools were very large, and both of us could still soak in them. Large space; the hot spring water has a strong sulfur smell and is hot enough to feel comfortable. Since each room has a private bath, there are no other people in the public baths. The staff has a very good attitude and is very polite from reception, introducing room facilities and serving meals. Breakfast and dinner are served in a private room, and sukiyaki is also available for dinner. The wagyu beef is very tender and melts in your mouth. In addition to sukiyaki, the sashimi and horse sashimi are also very fresh and delicious, making you very filling. The exquisite presentation of the breakfast will whet your appetite. Before leaving, the receptionist offered to take photos for us at the main entrance of the hotel, great! However, if I come to Kurokawa Onsen in winter to see the Kurokawa Onsen Yumei (the famous local light festival), I will choose to stay in a hotel near the visitor center, because it takes 8 hours to drive out from Onyuku Nohana to see the Kurokawa Onsen Yumei. The driving time is 30 minutes. Driving on a narrow mountain road is often dangerous when opposing vehicles have to back up to give way to each other.

First-class accommodation experience! Because the hotel is far away, during 15:00-18:00, the hotel arranges a shuttle bus to pick up and drop off at the station, which is very convenient by car. Passengers staying in the afternoon receive matcha and desserts. The receptionist was very good at appreciating the receptionist's attitude, even if the language was not available, and used the translation app to patiently answer my questions and carefully book a taxi for me to go elsewhere, and book a dinner at the restaurant , which is still open in the evening near the attractions. The hotel is very clean and tidy, so travelers can rest at ease. The facilities and utensils are very complete, with beautiful open-air wind, public internal baths, and private winds with exquisite garden views. During your stay, you can relax completely. The breakfast on the following day was exquisite, rich and delicious. Along with the cooked meal, there is a small pot for diners to make homemade smoked omelettes. The meal is accompanied by delicious desserts, juices and coffee, which is a very complete experience. When leaving, the hotel also arranged a shuttle bus to the station to continue the journey. The clerk who appreciated the reception walked to the car to see off the bus friendlyly, which was deeply received and felt very warm. If there is a chance, I will choose this hotel to stay again next time! 

The hotel is very nice. You must drive to there. Staff are very friendly and polite. It has restaurant, lounge with free coffee and tea. Room has 2 hot spring, inside and outside each. It also provide cleansing oil, moisture milk etc. Cuisine are delicious.

You don't have to walk around. It's so cold. The hot spring is very comfortable and the price is good. 2. It includes Kaiseki dinner and exquisite breakfast (both cost-effective). When you arrive at the hotel, the staff will ask about the meal time and arrange it very well. All seats are designated and very private. 3. If you want to go from Kurokawa Onsen to Hakata, remember to book tickets online in advance. We asked the staff to help us book tickets when we arrived at the hotel. It would be embarrassing if we couldn't book them. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the bus station, which is very considerate. 4. There is an old man who can speak English at the front desk. He is very good, very responsible, and the communication is very smooth. 5. The hotel has a shuttle bus to the hot spring street 6. For guests who have made reservations, the hotel has someone to meet you in the parking lot and confirm your name. 7. Slippers will be given according to the room. Put the corresponding tag in the slippers every time you go in and out to avoid the embarrassment of not having slippers. 8. Many private baths require reservations, otherwise there will be no available baths if you go there at the last minute. Very pleasant impressions from staying in this place. Spacious and clean rooms in a traditional style with a view of the river. Very tasty dinner and breakfast (you can choose Western). Family baths are not very big, it is comfortable for two people, if there are three or four of you - it will be cramped. From the ryokan we were driven by car to the bus stop, which was very convenient considering our heavy suitcases.

The hotel is remote, and you have to take a taxi to go to Kurokawa Naka. Apart from the remote and inconvenient location, the hotel environment is good, away from the hustle and bustle, and there are waterfalls nearby. The staff are friendly and can communicate in simple English. The kaiseki cuisine and breakfast at night are very rich and delicious! The hot spring next to the room is huge!

Top notch friendly front desk staffs with smiling face all the time. Service is excellent, they even help me to park my car and take my luggage to the room. My room has a private onsen and it was surprisingly big. The public onsen in the hotel is also very nice particularly the outdoor pool where you can hear natural water flowing sound from the stream below. The dinner was great even though I am not a big fan of horse meat. Cleanliness and tidiness is impressive. Breakfast was in Japanese style, but you can still have a cup of drip filtered coffee. Overall I love this hotel very much and will prefer to stay there if I happen to go there again.

This is a small and exquisite family hotel. The staff is kind and friendly. There are two hot springs, indoor and outdoor. I booked a room with two meals and two single beds with a tatami. It is clean and tidy. There is a separate toilet but no bathroom. You have to go to the hotel's hot spring area to take a bath. But this is also very convenient.
