The Manager and staff were amazing and so helpful - Probably the best service we had all trip from 7 different stays. We had the dining experience and not only was the food wonderful, they even change our food when we said we were scared of trying the Horse & Chicken Sashimi. The view from the in-room onsen was brilliant. If you want to be critical then its a 10min walk to the village centre but thats why we choose this Hotel plus we just drove to the village centre - so simple. To the Manager - Please thank your staff for making our stay here an amazing one.

The room cannot provide hot water for bathing. The staff is not politely, when I setting the map in the car, he rush me to leave. Not a good experience.

The room is super large, with a private hot spring and balcony. The staff are all friendly. Although the location is far from the bus stop and the main hotel where you have breakfast and dinner, the staff will drive to connect you. Breakfast and dinner were delicious and luxurious. Internet reception is slightly poor.

The private bath attached to the room is very good. The room is large and very clean. Except for the fact that it is quite far from the hotel, which may take about 10 minutes by walking, everything else is great! Because it is an annex, the environment is relatively quiet and quiet, next to a stream, and the waiters are also very friendly👍🏻

It's a very traditional Japanese-style room, and the grandpa is also very kind. The dinner was very rich, but I was a bit tired of it. The breakfast was delivered directly to the room and was delicious. The milk tastes delicious! My family loves this hot spring hotel.

A very traditional hot spring hotel. The rooms are also laid out like traditional houses. The scent of rush mats hits your face as soon as you enter the door. The corridor design makes living more convenient and reasonable. Sleeping on the Kurokawa River at night may be a bit mind-boggling for those who are sensitive to sound. I chose a one-stay, two-dinner plan, a traditional Japanese kaiseki. The Japanese food was filling but not delicious~ The only regret is that the hot shower in the room recently broke down. I originally chose this hotel because it had a private bathroom in the room. But the controller, Uncle Nakanishi, was particularly interesting. That night, there was insufficient water pressure on the second floor and the water supply was cut off. The emergency call was not delayed with the false enthusiasm of the Japanese. Instead, he hung up the phone in a very rude manner and said "wait a moment." , I also took a cold shower and ran out of water halfway, so I solved the customer's problem first. With this episode, I can still sympathize and understand. When I checked in, the other fat uncle was not very enthusiastic, a little cold and stiff. Too many guests and too busy?

Because it is an annex, we have to eat in the main restaurant in the morning and evening. The dishes are very rich. Because the hot water heater was damaged by the typhoon, we all went to the main hotel to bathe and soak in the hot springs, but each room in the Villa has its own small soaking pool. I would like to express my appreciation to the driver uncle of the annex. He was very efficient and polite every time he took us to and from the restaurant. Thank you very much to him.

I stayed for 2 days on February 14th and 15th. The facilities were old and I had to make my own rice. It is very inconvenient to have to go to the main hotel for breakfast and dinner. And breakfast ends at 9 o'clock. Even if you want to sleep in, it won’t work. This branch doesn’t even have women’s bathing kimonos, they are the same style for men and women. Moreover, there are no bathing suits for children. But the main library has them all and treats them differently. Anyway, I regretted my stay. . Kurokawa Onsen is only suitable for one day, I stayed for 2 days. I couldn't even find anything to eat for lunch. Many stores have closed down. no more chance. This hotel has bad reviews.
