It had everything I needed: · A supremely comfortable bed with quality linens. · A powerful, quiet air-conditioner (a must in Miri's humidity). · A large flat-screen TV with local and international channels. · A clean, modern bathroom with an excellent hot rain shower. · Thoughtful amenities like a ceiling fan, mini-fridge, electric kettle, and free bottled water. Services & Facilities The service here is efficient and friendly. The front desk staff were helpful fast with check-in/out. · Free Wi-Fi: The internet was reliable and fast enough for video calls and streaming. · Secure Parking: Available on-site, which was a major relief."

"Despite having stayed in numerous hotels and homestays, this is the first time I am compelled to leave a negative review regarding service quality. Upon entering the room, the immediate impression was that the floor was dirty and sticky. Initially, we chose to overlook this, as we understand that cleanliness standards may vary between establishments. However, once we proceeded further into the room, we were genuinely alarmed by its condition. After making three calls to different phone numbers, we were finally able to reach the person in charge. We were then informed that the staff responsible for room allocation had overlooked the fact that the room was scheduled for renovation and had been left vacant for approximately one month while awaiting renovation work. Service: Careless — we were assigned a room that had been left vacant for a month and had not yet been renovated. Handling attitude: They simply send a “sorry” message and then asked us to change to another room by ourselves. Please ensure proper inspection is carried out before allowing guests to check in next time because not every guest checks in on time, this caused significant inconvenience to guests who checked in late and to those traveling with children."

"The hotel is in a great location and the overall cleanliness was very good. One thing to note is that if you plan to use the basement parking, you must check in at the reception first to get the access card for the car park. Otherwise, you won’t be able to enter the parking area. The downside is that the room does not automatically provide a toothbrush set. You need to either contact the staff to have it sent to your room or collect it yourself from the reception counter."

"surprisingly good, room was good, shower, and check in was great and the lady receptionist, very very kind and helpful, car park available which just infront of the hotel, around the hotel I can say it kinda quiet but there is some shops at the front block, coffee shops etc, overall I can say I m happy with the place and price and surely will "check in" again in the near future, thank you Hotel Nur"

Since it's a 3-star hotel, the rooms are clean and the bathroom is spotless."

"This hotel is worth the money paid though it is an old hotel. Facilities are clean. The towels and beddings are super white and spotless. Lightings are a bit dim and brightness can’t be adjusted. The breakfast comes with the room rates. Though the are only 3 type of food but tastes good especially their Fried Noodles. Location town centre nearby to major amenities like banks, eateries and handicraft market."
