Cleanliness: Housekeeping everyday. Facilities: Pretty much up to star-rated standards. Ambiance: Features some indigenous decorations. Service: Very friendly.

Recomended althought it old, the breakfast was superb with variety of choices. The staff all good and friendly 👍🏻

It was a good check-in experience last night being upgraded to Executive which we greatly appreciated it for a while till we stayed in…. which became a great disappointment…. 1) bedsheet and pillow smelled as if not washed and pillows were old!! 2) run down shower utilities with no repair on shelving and especially the shower head could not fit in the holder for a proper shower and obvious uncleanliness in the shower cubicle with glass door could not shut properly…. 3) broken door lock

First of all, it's cheap for a family of 3 to stay there. Convenient location . But first impression we checked into the room is the smell from the toilet. It's very unpleasant. Secondly, there's still hair on the floor. So cleanliness is just average. Surprisingly, the bed and pillow is comfortable. We had good rest. The Aircond is cold too. Hot shower is okay. Need to know how to adjust. It gets too hot, then user has to keep adjusting it in one session. Well it's personal preference I guess. It's too hot for me. Maybe not for others. Check in time is after 3pm. we arrive after 3pm. the staff inform us tat we hav make booking last min (booking is make tru trip.com since October i remember) the room was not ready when we arrive that we hav to wait. tot we hav to wait. i Dunno how the staff check after tat hav room oledy. could hav offer us another room type if there is no room available instead of blaming yr guest about last min booking there is a smell in the room, we cannot figure out what it is. location is good. right next to pullman only. lot of parking available.

Excellent plac,e really enjoyed staying there, very good facility in terms of its site, so close to the beach as if it had private beach, 24 hour store next door, very well protected, staff were excellent ,and very good swimming pool and a very nice gym no problems whatsoever except i would have used a couple of more towels but maybe I didn't ask so I take some responsibility for it, but really would love to stay here again

This is my second time visit Pacific Orient. As expected, the is nice and clean. Check in and check out is fast and easy. I got my room facing the Bintang mall building and it was fantastic. Here, parking space is limited. So whoever wants to park their car, better come early or make early reservation. The morning breakfast was simple. Not much they can offer. After all, don't expected too much since room rates offered was less than 100 ringgit. Definitely will stay here again if had a chance to visit Miri.

One can argue that the staff and service provided by the hotel are even more important than the facilities, and for many people is. It is always expected that the Staff provides good service for the customers as hotels are a part of the hospitality industry, so personally, I think it is important to point out clearly about this matter. Make sure to include all the negative aspects of the service in your review, if any.

The hotel is in a great location and the overall cleanliness was very good. One thing to note is that if you plan to use the basement parking, you must check in at the reception first to get the access card for the car park. Otherwise, you won’t be able to enter the parking area. The downside is that the room does not automatically provide a toothbrush set. You need to either contact the staff to have it sent to your room or collect it yourself from the reception counter.
