RryancwcI had a pleasant stay overall and the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. However, there were a few issues during my stay — two sets of power sockets in the room were not working, and the WiFi connection was quite unstable, with intermittent on-and-off connectivity. I hope these issues can be improved for future guests.

AAnonymous UserThe cleanliness of the hotel surprised me, every part of the room is clean & comfy. Swimming pool & jacuzzi water were cold, it would be awesome if the jacuzzi water is hot. And in case you need extra pillow, they will make you pay for “renting” it.

GGuest UserAsked for early check in at 11am. The staffs are nice, except for the lacking in terms of towels, soap and shampoo, the location is very strategic. Walkable distance to Miri Times Square and Waterfront.

SSamLimmmThe hotel is in a great location and the overall cleanliness was very good. One thing to note is that if you plan to use the basement parking, you must check in at the reception first to get the access card for the car park. Otherwise, you won’t be able to enter the parking area.
The downside is that the room does not automatically provide a toothbrush set. You need to either contact the staff to have it sent to your room or collect it yourself from the reception counter.

GGuest UserIt was a 1hr drive from Miri city to the resort. The condition of Miri-Bintulu road was very challenging as its under major maintenance. We basically on 50km/hr. The resort is a good place for family get together esp when we have limited access to the internet & calls. There are a lot of physical activities you can do there in a group or solo. The resort tour included in the stay is a great exposure for kids to understand rainforest eco system.
