"The room facilities, size, and view were good, but the air conditioning had a problem with temperature control; sometimes the temperature was lower than the set temperature but it wouldn't switch off and would continue to blow cold air. Service was a bit lacking; I mentioned it to the front desk once, but no one came to fix it on the first day. I mentioned it again on the second day, and someone came but couldn't fix it. The gym and swimming pool had a nice environment, but the pool was very short, only good for casual swimming. The breakfast selection was quite extensive, but some of the staff in the breakfast restaurant weren't very proactive in asking if we wanted coffee."

During breakfast, I asked for coffee multiple times, and it took twenty minutes to get it to me; I prepaid, but when I checked out, the front desk asked for my credit card again. When I asked why, they said it was because the card transaction was rejected. I told them I had prepaid, and they finally stopped. If I hadn't given them my card directly, they would have charged me twice."
