I was on a business trip with a 14-hour time difference. I repeatedly confirmed messages every day and asked the hotel staff their names and positions. Who would remember the front desk staff's name and position... She agreed, but that doesn't mean she represents the hotel... In short, I am very disappointed. I will not stay at this hotel again. The laundry room is also very dirty. I asked for cleaning but they said they could not arrange it."
