The room was huge and every care has been taken to ensure you are comfortable. The sofa bed is slatted which means it is like a normal bed. The king bediss amazing, so comfortable. Apart from being on the outskirts of Dunedin (not very far) I could not fault this motel. There is a guest kitchen where you can prepare your own food and then you can join the other guests. The owner was very helpful and could not do enough for us. Would stay again.

Wonder shower pressure, the livestock were entertaining. We enjoyed our stay, and the host was wonderful

One of the best farmstay I have stayed in so far!! John is awesome and thoroughly enjoyed my chat with him. Would definitely visit again! It's exactly as described!

John was very pleasant to welcome us, my girl likes this place very much. A lot of spaces, meet very nice people around the world, also animal feedings in the farm.

A wonderful place to stay Friendly owner, Personal welcome, expecting us and used first names. Small room, but with everything we needed and access to a guest kitchen and lounge. Great outlook on really pretty property. If you have time there's farm animals to feed.

Really nice warm & facilities, friendly host and easy self checkin. However I especially booked out of town, farmstay, for a nice dark night, away from streetlights etc & was terribly disappointed that VERY bright spotlights were on ALL night. Had to have curtains drawn to sleep and unable to enjoy sitting out in the lovely little patio area to enjoy the beautiful clear star filled sky.

Fabulous place to stay! We received a lovely warm welcome from John and top service during our stay. Highlight was seeing the sheep all come running for breakfast when John called them.

This place, the rooms and the service provided by John at the reception was par excellence. Although I was in a rush and I checked in at 11.30 in the night John was super courteous and friendly. He was very polite. The rooms were super clean and the ambience was lovely. I stayed only for five hours before I had to depart for catching a flight but I so wish I would have stayed longer...But surely next time...and John, If you are listening...A BIG THANK YOU FOR YOUR KIND NATURE AND HELPFUL SERVICE

The environment is comfortable and beautiful, clean and tidy, the owner is kind, only a little far, but self-driving tour is no problem

The room is quite big and has a small balcony. I ordered steak and lamb chops for dinner and they tasted very good. Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, the taste is good. I recommend staying here.

Wonderful place. Hospitable owner. Everything is very clean, beautiful and caring. This is not a soulless hotel room, but real hospitality. I will gladly recommend it to all my friends.

The self-driving tour stopped in Dunedin for two nights. It is 15 to 20 minutes’ drive from the city center. The environment is beautiful. We are used to staying in rooms with private bathrooms when traveling. Although there are many B&Bs here, most of them share bathrooms. This one has private bathrooms and is reasonably priced. Not bad

The place is clean and the owner is very kind. Although the hotel is far away, you can feed the alpacas and sheep in the morning. It feels good. The breakfast is simple and the other guests are also nice.
