直到入住當天下午4點才聯繫我，説今晚有該民宿的入住，問我門票和五台山進車買好沒，我説買好了，買的明天門票和進山也買的明天
民宿告訴我買錯了，他們民宿在五台山裡，需要買今天的進山票，早幹什麼去了，本來2個多小時就能到他們民宿，民宿告訴我走西門，他們能讓我進來，就是開車多開快100公里，多開一個半小時，全程從懸空寺開車過來快4個點，晚上8點半了才到，全是盤山路，太危險了
到了後我問能不能升級個房型，告訴我沒有房間了，可攜程上我明明看見還有，還給我安排在了樓梯口，大半夜的11點多辦理入住的四個房間連喊帶叫的，原來有離樓梯遠的，就是沒給我
孩子早早的被吵醒了，我很少給差評，我都走了，給我打電話説有特產可以送給我們，辦理退房，前台有人都沒説給特產，走一個多點了才打電話，一點誠意沒有
體驗感太差了，不過民宿的衞生還是很好的，就是工作人員服務特別不好

遠離五台山的中心區，旁邊步行五分鐘就是龍泉寺，很安靜，很乾凈。洗漱用品一應俱全，酒店老闆有求必應！就是早餐太糟糕了……出酒店走幾步就到，但衞生堪憂，雞蛋煮之前都不洗一下的嗎？

這次來五台山旅遊 ，在攜程上看到這家民宿 ，是我本人非常喜歡的一個裝修風格 非常簡約大方 ，房間裏非常乾淨 ，店長和服務員也非常熱情，是一次很舒適很暖心的住宿體驗。對了，他們家還有充電樁，對於我開電車來五台山，充電也很方便。希望老闆生意興隆興隆，下次還來你家！

這家酒店還是很不錯的，我們是從石家莊開車過去的，進入五台山景區後開始下雪，因為是提前預訂好的給老闆打電話，老闆指引我們順利到達。並且安排了很好的房間。老闆很熱情，介紹了周圍的景點以及美食。酒店的裝修還是很雅緻的，很有文化氣息。

房間設施新，房間衞生整潔，有一次性馬桶墊，前台接待客人用心，服務態度非常不錯，還給我們升級了房間。就是早餐一般，不過在景區也不錯了。
