Beyond a five-star experience! The room was incredibly comfortable, and all the amenities were excellent. Bvlgari toiletries were provided, and they thoughtfully prepared earplugs, disposable bath towels, regular towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, facial cleanser, makeup remover pads, and even hydrating face masks! With both underfloor heating and radiators, the room was perfectly warm. Welcome snacks were provided in the room, and in the evening, they even delivered fruit wine, additional snacks, and warm milk! Outside, there was a charming small courtyard with two swings – one overlooking the valley, the other facing the expansive grassland. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Watching herds of horses slowly make their way home across the grassland at sunset was a truly delightful experience! What impressed me most was that the hotel contacted us in advance, provided a comprehensive travel guide, and enthusiastically helped with directions, answered all our questions about local attractions, and offered excellent suggestions. They even helped arrange a car for us to see the morning mist. Although the fog was too thick to see the river, the trip was still incredibly worthwhile. It's an absolute secluded paradise, truly living up to its 'hidden gem' reputation!

This time, the experience of Chongyeji. Yuyu B&B in Kanas was perfect, completely satisfying all my illusions of ”living in the scenery”. What is even more rare is that it is very close to the core scenic spot Kanas Lake, and it can be reached by walking or short drive to the lake, saving the fatigue of the long journey. The architectural style of the homestay is very distinctive. It adopts a classic log structure design, which is perfectly integrated with the surrounding pine forests and the distant mountains. The wooden terrace and plank road design outside the room not only connects the huts, but also cleverly retains the natural vegetation on the ground. It is like walking in a forest oxygen bar.

This was the most comfortable inn I stayed in during my recent trip. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, the space and layout were great, and there was a washing machine with dryer. The hostess and owner were so welcoming, they even went out to meet us and helped with our luggage. As soon as we arrived at the cabin, we saw a rainbow. The hostess said it was a double rainbow, and they upgraded my room. Thank you. The breakfast was also very generous. I'll definitely stay at your place next winter.

An absolutely wonderful stay! Our butler, Anna, was incredibly attentive and thoughtful. She reached out proactively before our arrival to coordinate everything, and any issues that came up during our stay were handled promptly. The room was clean and tidy, facilities were well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was very comfortable. The staff were all gentle and polite. While the resort is currently undergoing expansion, which slightly detracts from the scenery, you can still feel the dedication everywhere. The staff's demeanor really reflects excellent management. This hotel is perfect for both leisure and business travelers. The experience was top-notch, and I highly recommend it. I'll definitely be back!

I stayed in the starlit room, hoping to catch the Milky Way at midnight, but unfortunately, it was overcast and rainy that day. The location is excellent, right near the Hemu Mountain Villa stop for the scenic area shuttle bus, and there's even a small internal garden. The butler was incredibly warm and attentive, proactively offering information about local taxi drivers within the scenic area, which was convenient for heading up the mountain to see the sunrise and morning mist.

While most hotels in the scenic area share a similar architectural style, this one really excels in the details. The room's amenities are excellent; obvious perks like a Dyson hairdryer are there, but the Bluetooth speaker and projector were particularly outstanding, greatly enhancing the experience. The cleanliness was top-notch, making for a very comfortable stay. The biggest surprise was the coffee – far better than I expected, even surpassing many professional coffee shops. A coffee lover's delight! The staff were all young, friendly, and provided great service. Overall, a fantastic experience, highly recommended.

We stayed here for 2 nights. I booked this accomodation because trip.com indicated this is a non smoking room. When we got into the room we can noticed straight away strong cigarette smell. I saw an Ash tray in the room that was just used. To reduce the cigarette smell I opened the door and windows and put the Ash tray into a plastic bag and tightly sealed it. Prior to check in we had a problem caused by the luggage transfer staff at Kanas Lake and the lady boss was kind enough to fetch one of us again to the luggage release point at Jiadengyu car park station. Fresh fruits were supplied daily to our room. We are happy with that. The location of the accommodation was not near to the shuttle bus stop as compared to many hotels in the vicinity. The bathroom has no wall hook and towel rails for hanging clothes and towels. This makes bathing not easy especially in the cold autumn weather. Disposable paper bath towels was provided and it was uncomfortable to use besides being inefficient to remove water and moisture from the body. One of the lamps on the ceiling was not working. The curtain has a part that was dislocated and not fixed. Glass with no handle was provided and when it's filled with hot water it's difficult and dangerous to hold as you can drop the glass easily if you are not very careful. The elderly lady at the accommodation was very helpful and told us to use the common area chairs to put our bag as no luggage rack was provided in the room. The shower head in the bathroom was made of metal of inferior design and one of us burned our hand when bathing.

I was on a short vacation with my kids, and my top priorities for accommodation were cleanliness, quietness, and safety. This hotel met all my expectations. The room was spacious, not at all cramped, allowing my children to move around freely. The cleanliness was excellent – no strange smells, and the bathroom facilities were in perfect working order with quick hot water, which was very convenient for bathing the little ones. The hotel's surroundings were very peaceful, ensuring a quiet night's sleep for the kids. Right outside, there's beautiful natural scenery, so we could take the children to enjoy the views and get away from electronic devices. The staff were very friendly, and communication was smooth whenever we had questions. Compared to other accommodations in the same price range locally, its overall value is impressive. I'd highly recommend it for families traveling with children.

The guesthouse was great, and the owner was very welcoming. We were 4 adults and 2 children, sleeping on one 1.8m bed and two 1.2m beds. The owner was worried we'd be cramped, so he kindly provided an extra comforter to sleep on the tatami. Houses in Hemu are so expensive; we were thinking two rooms for 6 people would be over 4,000, which isn't worth it. So, we booked a duplex and saved a lot of money. The owner not only gave us watermelon, but also two plates of raisins. There were originally 4 bottles of mineral water, and he brought 4 more. Seeing how many of us there were, he also provided three extra pairs of slippers. He really helped us save a lot and didn't mind that so many of us were sleeping together. The flowers in the courtyard were very pleasant. A family of three could comfortably sleep on the 1.8m bed. The bedding was good. If there's one improvement, I hope the owner can put a curtain between the shower area and the toilet so water doesn't splash onto the toilet. It's understandable given the limited conditions of a wooden house. Overall, for a large group looking to save money, I think this place is a good option. Money doesn't grow on trees, and in this economy, it's wise to save where you can. High value for money, and the guesthouse was clean.

The room was clean and tidy, the environment was comfortable, and we received a free room upgrade. The service was warm and attentive. It was very convenient for getting around and sightseeing, with a dedicated car pick-up and drop-off. We didn't even have to wait in line at the front desk; check-in was directly in our room. They patiently introduced us to local attractions and activities. The overall experience for dining, accommodation, and touring was fantastic. I'll definitely stay here again next time, and I truly recommend it to everyone!
