Beyond a five-star experience! The room was incredibly comfortable, and all the amenities were excellent. Bvlgari toiletries were provided, and they thoughtfully prepared earplugs, disposable bath towels, regular towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, facial cleanser, makeup remover pads, and even hydrating face masks! With both underfloor heating and radiators, the room was perfectly warm. Welcome snacks were provided in the room, and in the evening, they even delivered fruit wine, additional snacks, and warm milk! Outside, there was a charming small courtyard with two swings – one overlooking the valley, the other facing the expansive grassland. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking. Watching herds of horses slowly make their way home across the grassland at sunset was a truly delightful experience! What impressed me most was that the hotel contacted us in advance, provided a comprehensive travel guide, and enthusiastically helped with directions, answered all our questions about local attractions, and offered excellent suggestions. They even helped arrange a car for us to see the morning mist. Although the fog was too thick to see the river, the trip was still incredibly worthwhile. It's an absolute secluded paradise, truly living up to its 'hidden gem' reputation!

This time, the experience of Chongyeji. Yuyu B&B in Kanas was perfect, completely satisfying all my illusions of ”living in the scenery”. What is even more rare is that it is very close to the core scenic spot Kanas Lake, and it can be reached by walking or short drive to the lake, saving the fatigue of the long journey. The architectural style of the homestay is very distinctive. It adopts a classic log structure design, which is perfectly integrated with the surrounding pine forests and the distant mountains. The wooden terrace and plank road design outside the room not only connects the huts, but also cleverly retains the natural vegetation on the ground. It is like walking in a forest oxygen bar.

This was the most comfortable inn I stayed in during my recent trip. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, the space and layout were great, and there was a washing machine with dryer. The hostess and owner were so welcoming, they even went out to meet us and helped with our luggage. As soon as we arrived at the cabin, we saw a rainbow. The hostess said it was a double rainbow, and they upgraded my room. Thank you. The breakfast was also very generous. I'll definitely stay at your place next winter.

While most hotels in the scenic area share a similar architectural style, this one really excels in the details. The room's amenities are excellent; obvious perks like a Dyson hairdryer are there, but the Bluetooth speaker and projector were particularly outstanding, greatly enhancing the experience. The cleanliness was top-notch, making for a very comfortable stay. The biggest surprise was the coffee – far better than I expected, even surpassing many professional coffee shops. A coffee lover's delight! The staff were all young, friendly, and provided great service. Overall, a fantastic experience, highly recommended.

Facilities: The house is new, the quilts are changed after each guest, and the beds are comfortable to sleep on. Hygiene: Very clean. Environment: Beautiful, you can even swing at the door. Service: The lady boss is very nice, and she also gave us breakfast. The food was delicious. We had 4 meals in a row, and we finished every meal. There is a pick-up service. It is close to Xincun Station, so it is very convenient to take the bus.

Facilities: There's a washing machine, microwave, and a sterilizing cabinet. Cleanliness: Clean. The room comes with a small sofa and is decorated in a Kazakh style. The exterior of the room is wooden. It's not huge inside, but feels very cozy. There's also a sofa and a small table right outside the door. Environment: You can see snow-capped mountains in the distance, and there's a small garden by the door. The most convenient thing is the bus stop, which is only three meters from the room. When the bus arrives, you can just hop over the wooden fence and get right on! There's also a lazy little ginger cat that sunbathes at the bus stop every day. Service: The proprietress's service was out of this world! The owner personally picked us up from the transfer center and brought us to our room; it was truly refreshing. They had the warmth of the Chinese people, the Kazakh people, the Russian people, and the Mongolian people – I guess that's what you get when you're at the crossroads of four countries! Anyway, the owner smiled with every word they spoke. The best part was when the owner taught us how to say 'hello' in Kazakh!

We stayed here for 2 nights. I booked this accomodation because trip.com indicated this is a non smoking room. When we got into the room we can noticed straight away strong cigarette smell. I saw an Ash tray in the room that was just used. To reduce the cigarette smell I opened the door and windows and put the Ash tray into a plastic bag and tightly sealed it. Prior to check in we had a problem caused by the luggage transfer staff at Kanas Lake and the lady boss was kind enough to fetch one of us again to the luggage release point at Jiadengyu car park station. Fresh fruits were supplied daily to our room. We are happy with that. The location of the accommodation was not near to the shuttle bus stop as compared to many hotels in the vicinity. The bathroom has no wall hook and towel rails for hanging clothes and towels. This makes bathing not easy especially in the cold autumn weather. Disposable paper bath towels was provided and it was uncomfortable to use besides being inefficient to remove water and moisture from the body. One of the lamps on the ceiling was not working. The curtain has a part that was dislocated and not fixed. Glass with no handle was provided and when it's filled with hot water it's difficult and dangerous to hold as you can drop the glass easily if you are not very careful. The elderly lady at the accommodation was very helpful and told us to use the common area chairs to put our bag as no luggage rack was provided in the room. The shower head in the bathroom was made of metal of inferior design and one of us burned our hand when bathing.

The guesthouse was great, and the owner was very welcoming. We were 4 adults and 2 children, sleeping on one 1.8m bed and two 1.2m beds. The owner was worried we'd be cramped, so he kindly provided an extra comforter to sleep on the tatami. Houses in Hemu are so expensive; we were thinking two rooms for 6 people would be over 4,000, which isn't worth it. So, we booked a duplex and saved a lot of money. The owner not only gave us watermelon, but also two plates of raisins. There were originally 4 bottles of mineral water, and he brought 4 more. Seeing how many of us there were, he also provided three extra pairs of slippers. He really helped us save a lot and didn't mind that so many of us were sleeping together. The flowers in the courtyard were very pleasant. A family of three could comfortably sleep on the 1.8m bed. The bedding was good. If there's one improvement, I hope the owner can put a curtain between the shower area and the toilet so water doesn't splash onto the toilet. It's understandable given the limited conditions of a wooden house. Overall, for a large group looking to save money, I think this place is a good option. Money doesn't grow on trees, and in this economy, it's wise to save where you can. High value for money, and the guesthouse was clean.

The room was clean and tidy, the environment was comfortable, and we received a free room upgrade. The service was warm and attentive. It was very convenient for getting around and sightseeing, with a dedicated car pick-up and drop-off. We didn't even have to wait in line at the front desk; check-in was directly in our room. They patiently introduced us to local attractions and activities. The overall experience for dining, accommodation, and touring was fantastic. I'll definitely stay here again next time, and I truly recommend it to everyone!

The room size was decent. There's no air conditioning, but they provide a cooling fan. It was a bit warm in the early part of the night, but it cooled down later. I wanted to watch CCTV live on the TV, but the operation was too complicated, so I gave up. The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, but you can go to another hotel nearby for breakfast, which is open to the public. If you walk a few more minutes, there's also a restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, offering noodles and stir-fries at reasonable prices. About 500 meters away are the Grand Bazaar and a dining center with many shops. You can take the free No. 2 express bus near the hotel, but be aware that the stops for going and coming back are different, so don't get confused.
