Booked this B&B last minute, and it was a fantastic find! It's a charming wooden cabin with a superb design – every photo op turned out amazing. Stepping inside, you're greeted by a stunning view of the white birch forest and thick powder snow in the distance. Pure bliss! For breakfast, they offered both Western and Chinese options, and I tried both – absolutely delicious! The service was also top-notch. Staying here for just one night felt like visiting a close friend's home. 🥳

Anonymous UserThe cabin is lovely and well-equipped, with spacious, clean, and tidy rooms. Its location is very close to the scenic area station, about a 5-minute walk to catch the shuttle bus, allowing you to enjoy the area until past 11 PM. Luggage pick-up and drop-off service is provided, which is very thoughtful. We had dinner and breakfast here, and the food was delicious. You can also take a one-stop bus ride to the food street for more options. Staying in the cabin is peaceful and quiet at night, yet you can experience the lively village atmosphere during the day, which truly lifts your spirits!

Amazing stay at YiJing! The experience at the cabin was truly magical, with its one-window-one-framed view setting that effortlessly brought the beauty of the outdoors inside. Even the bathtub had a stunning vista, making every soak an indulgent retreat. The cabin’s full facilities, including a Dyson hair-dryer, floor warming and an auto toilet, added a layer of luxury that made us feel pampered at every turn.
The guest service was simply unparalleled. From the moment we were welcomed at the entrance by the friendly resident dogs, we felt right at home. The welcome drink and snacks, paired with a delightful afternoon tea, set the perfect tone for our stay. Dining recommendations were spot-on, ensuring we enjoyed the best local flavors. The turn-down service, complete with a delightful Chinese dessert soup as in-room support, was a thoughtful touch that highlighted their attention to detail.
One of my personal highlights was the Marshall speaker; it allowed us to fill the cabin with our favorite music, creating an inviting atmosphere that felt like our own little sanctuary. We were also gifted with a special Xinjiang gift upon our departure, which was a lovely surprise! Despite the rain and cold that greeted us upon our arrival in Hemu, our stay in YiJing more than compensated for the dreary weather. We truly enjoyed and loved every moment in our beautiful cabin, making memories that will last a lifetime.

Service: The lady boss is very nice, and she also gave us breakfast. The food was delicious. We had 4 meals in a row, and we finished every meal. There is a pick-up service. It is close to Xincun Station, so it is very convenient to take the bus.

Guest UserThis summer, my family and I (my spouse and I with our children) stayed at the Hilton Hemu. I'd particularly like to commend the concierge, Yernar Shalihe, who provided us with incredibly warm and attentive service throughout our stay, adding many wonderful experiences to our trip to Hemu.
Upon our arrival, he proactively came forward to help us with our luggage, and his attitude was both enthusiastic and humble. Considering we had children with us, he thoughtfully reminded us of important travel tips, such as the significant temperature differences between day and night in the mountains during summer and the strong UV radiation. He also recommended suitable itineraries based on Hemu's summer scenery, explaining nearby attractions and local specialties, advising on child-friendly spots, and where to find the best views. His explanations were clear and practical.
He was always prompt in responding to our needs, patiently answering all our questions. His work was diligent and professional, never perfunctory. Amidst the stunning landscapes of Hemu, beyond the beautiful mountains and grasslands, this genuine service left an even deeper impression. You could feel his sincere dedication to guests, fully embodying Hilton's service standards. Many thanks to Yernar Shalihe; we will choose this hotel again on our next visit to Hemu and will recommend it to our friends and family.

The guesthouse was great, and the owner was very welcoming. We were 4 adults and 2 children, sleeping on one 1.8m bed and two 1.2m beds. The owner was worried we'd be cramped, so he kindly provided an extra comforter to sleep on the tatami. Houses in Hemu are so expensive; we were thinking two rooms for 6 people would be over 4,000, which isn't worth it. So, we booked a duplex and saved a lot of money. The owner not only gave us watermelon, but also two plates of raisins. There were originally 4 bottles of mineral water, and he brought 4 more. Seeing how many of us there were, he also provided three extra pairs of slippers. He really helped us save a lot and didn't mind that so many of us were sleeping together. The flowers in the courtyard were very pleasant. A family of three could comfortably sleep on the 1.8m bed. The bedding was good. If there's one improvement, I hope the owner can put a curtain between the shower area and the toilet so water doesn't splash onto the toilet. It's understandable given the limited conditions of a wooden house. Overall, for a large group looking to save money, I think this place is a good option. Money doesn't grow on trees, and in this economy, it's wise to save where you can. High value for money, and the guesthouse was clean.

We stayed here for 2 nights. I booked this accomodation because trip.com indicated this is a non smoking room. When we got into the room we can noticed straight away strong cigarette smell. I saw an Ash tray in the room that was just used. To reduce the cigarette smell I opened the door and windows and put the Ash tray into a plastic bag and tightly sealed it.
Prior to check in we had a problem caused by the luggage transfer staff at Kanas Lake and the lady boss was kind enough to fetch one of us again to the luggage release point at Jiadengyu car park station.
Fresh fruits were supplied daily to our room. We are happy with that. The location of the accommodation was not near to the shuttle bus stop as compared to many hotels in the vicinity. The bathroom has no wall hook and towel rails for hanging clothes and towels. This makes bathing not easy especially in the cold autumn weather. Disposable paper bath towels was provided and it was uncomfortable to use besides being inefficient to remove water and moisture from the body. One of the lamps on the ceiling was not working. The curtain has a part that was dislocated and not fixed. Glass with no handle was provided and when it's filled with hot water it's difficult and dangerous to hold as you can drop the glass easily if you are not very careful. The elderly lady at the accommodation was very helpful and told us to use the common area chairs to put our bag as no luggage rack was provided in the room. The shower head in the bathroom was made of metal of inferior design and one of us burned our hand when bathing.

BangwanQUkanhaiCame here with a few friends for a short hike in Hemu, and we primarily chose this hotel because we'd heard that accommodation in the village wasn't great. We knew we'd be tired after hiking, so after a lot of searching, we picked this place. The room was well-ventilated and didn't feel stuffy. The common areas were meticulously clean, making it very pleasant to sit and chat or relax. We were very satisfied with everything in the room – the toiletries, air conditioning, mattress, cleanliness, and overall comfort. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and for a hotel in a scenic area, the value for money was excellent.

Guest UserThe room was clean and tidy, the environment was comfortable, and we received a free room upgrade. The service was warm and attentive. It was very convenient for getting around and sightseeing, with a dedicated car pick-up and drop-off. We didn't even have to wait in line at the front desk; check-in was directly in our room. They patiently introduced us to local attractions and activities. The overall experience for dining, accommodation, and touring was fantastic. I'll definitely stay here again next time, and I truly recommend it to everyone!

Guest UserOur stay in the deluxe king room at Hemu Qinghuan Guesthouse was absolutely fantastic! The wooden wabi-sabi style was cozy and elegant, and the room was spacious. The pressure-free mattress made for a very comfortable sleep. The smart room controls, separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom, smart toilet, and bathtub were all top-notch and impeccably clean. The location is superb, just a few minutes' walk to Hemu Bridge and the food street. We had stunning views of snow-capped mountains and green fields right from our window. The service was attentive, and the breakfast was delicious. It's truly the ideal choice for accommodation in Hemu.
