Service: Room service was very convenient; I even had a robot deliver my conditioner. The room service was quick and efficient. Special thanks to the lady at the breakfast area; she remembered my preferences the next day and made me an iced Americano with ice—super thoughtful!

LLuluaiwanTraveling with my parents, after repeated comparisons, I chose Puli. It has a nice name and is close to the mountain. In addition, the transportation is convenient. In the past, everyone's comments were very good, so I decisively chose this one.
Facilities: Retro style with a Chinese style. The highlight is that the room is quiet and the furniture is of good quality.
Sanitation: Cleaned every day and the dry and wet separation in the bathroom is great.
Service: You can directly add the housekeeper WeChat when checking in. If you have any questions, you will get a reply and answer in time. If you need to add any items, you can also replenish them in time.
Breakfast: Very rich! There are both Chinese and Western food, and the rice noodles and noodles taste better than many other restaurants outside. There are coarse grains and yogurt.

GGuest User經常住大竹這個全季酒店，房間衞生做得非常好，也有落地窗，到店時太晚了，提前點的外賣前台美女主動問我是否需要加熱一下，特別暖心。酒店也有健身房洗衣房，客房服務員也可以幫忙洗衣，服務沒得説，離高速路口很近，很方便，環境也挺好的，房間電視也可投屏，整個酒店設計簡約，早餐也是很豐盛。整個酒店的氛圍很好，走到哪裡員工都是一副笑臉，很温馨。前台經理主動讓我添加了企業微信，説後面可以提前聯繫，還送了水果和伴手禮[強][強][強]

There is a shopping mall opposite the hotel, which is very convenient. FFutejiaduixiaoxiong大學生，第一次住這種大套房，先來誇誇：
1.衞生（5）：和商品圖視頻一模一樣，房間很新很大，非常非常乾淨。
2.環境（5）：因為近郊所以很安靜一點也不吵，高空風景不錯，有山景也有街景，到了晚上很好看。吃飯方便😋樓下走幾步就有各種飯店。
3.服務（5）：態度很好。我們最開始時訂的房間還沒打掃出來，前台小姐姐還主動提出了免費升房。後來我們另訂了這間大套房，因為準備離開時還沒吃午飯，又免費延時了一小時退房。
4.設施（4.5）：整體風格温馨輕奢，房間兩面幾大扇落地窗高級感滿滿。有小冰箱（衹是裏面沒燈，我最開始還以為壞了🥺），還送了沖泡飲料（茶和咖啡），不過我最喜歡的還是浴缸（前台很好，一次性泡澡袋不夠了去拿就是），衞浴分離，是不同的小房間，還有兩個洗手枱，馬桶是恆温智能馬桶。
以下是我個人覺得需要改進的地方☺️
1.價格：日常價格三百多上下就合適，節假日沒有人住店大可不必漲價，國慶440感覺還是貴了些，不是所有人都願意這麼花💰。
2.設施：
A.衞生間還是應該裝不透明的玻璃，浴室裝了磨砂玻璃，衞生間也可以，畢竟上廁所還是很私密的事情的！
B.房間有兩個煙霧報警器（好像是？），晚上睡覺關燈後感覺一閃一閃的，雖然不是特別明顯，但對於睡覺比較挑剔的人來説可能有影響。
C.小米智能家電沒有和所有設施完全配對，使喚不動一些設施，可能剛開業不久還沒弄好。
D.這個套房應該是酒店最貴的吧？感覺可以送個影視VIP🥺這麼個套房居然沒有VIP。
E.浴缸接水太慢啦，而且後面放的水都不是很熱了。浴缸這種大口，後面水會冷的很快的，還沒接太滿水就衹變得温熱了！
衹顧着享受了就沒怎麼拍房間本身，陪幾張夜景和美食~

GGuest UserIt was a wonderful trip, with snow-covered scenery right outside the window. We strolled along the yew boardwalk the first afternoon, and the second morning there were very few tourists, so we visited places like Lingguan Temple. We had plenty of time, and my daughter had a fantastic time. She didn't want to leave at all and wanted to stay a couple more days, but unfortunately, I had to work the next day, so I could only promise to go next time!

GGuest User衞生：房間乾淨舒適，超大落地窗採光超好，視野超讚！全屋智能控制特別方便，語音就能開關窗簾、燈光和空調。樓層還有自助售賣機，深夜買東西很省心。最加分的是配有洗衣機和烘乾機，出行洗衣烘乾超方便，小管家服務態度也很好，雖然是自助酒店，但是網上服務也很棒，有問題小管家都是隨時處理。性價比超高，下次還會再來！

GGuest UserThe boss is very good, because we did not drive, so the boss also drove us to the visitor center on the first day and sent us to the elephant cave attractions! Hotel location is very good, about 5 minutes to go out there is a bus to the attraction, very convenient! Downstairs of the hotel is the place to eat, the environment is good, the taste is good, I ordered Erjingtiao fish fillets, the children especially love to eat. The environment in the hotel is also very good, the two beds are 1.3 meters, four people can live. The hotel's breakfast is eaten in the restaurant downstairs, very appetizing, very delicious! My baby said that next time I come to Bashan Grand Canyon, I will stay here.
