Excellent hotel. The service is impeccable. The people at the front desk are extremely helpful and very friendly. They helped me with all my requests. The room is very spacious and well equipped. The laundry room has excellent equipment. Large washing machines and large driers. It's also equipped with ironing equipment. The location is a bit far from the old city centre but it's a good location. There is a huge mall just crossing the street and enough places to eat and drink.

When I entered the room I immediately felt spacious and comfortable. The decoration in the room is simple and generous, and the bedding is clean and tidy. The bed is comfortable and makes me sleep well all night. The room is fully equipped and the whole house is smart. You can turn on the TV, air conditioning and so on while lying on the bed. Leisure time can be spent in tea house, chess/poker room or foot bath center.

"It was hard to book a room during the Spring Festival, so the hotel cancelled my reservation without my permission. After 10pm, my whole family was shivering in the cold wind. I found the front desk, and they told me that they didn't have a contact number, so they couldn't confirm with me. They cancelled the reservation if I didn't check in after 21:00. I was speechless. Such a big hotel has no way to contact guests. Why didn't they tell the guests when booking that the reservation would be cancelled if they didn't check in after 21:00? The front desk service attitude was too vicious, and they kept making excuses for their mistakes at work. In the end, they just ignored me, and kept silent. How can such a service attitude be worthy of a four-star hotel?"
