In the summer, there are more small flying insects. I dare not turn on the lights at night. I am afraid that the small flying insects will fall on the bed. When I left, I met two small milk dogs at the door and told the boss. I don’t know. Puppy 🐶 What's going on now hahaha 😄

The room is good, the service attitude is very good, in the Yuanchan Mountain Scenic Area, Huayang Cave, Yuchan Temple is just a few steps away. Maybe we go to the off-season. There are not many hotel guests. It is very quiet and has lunch and dinner.

The homestay is on the mountain, the scenery is beautiful, and the original ecological feeling is very good. This time I upgraded a space capsule to see the lake view by the water. There are fish in the water, many people are fishing here, especially beautiful during the day, and the floor heating in the space capsule is very warm. The service is also very good, contact in advance to ask for needs, and help with luggage when you check in

設施：酒店房間應該是翻新過，硬件還不錯，性價比很高，價格優勢明顯。負一樓有小童樂園、閲讀室、手工室，很適合親子。 衞生：房間設施乾淨，毛巾很新。訂了兩晚連住，剛入住有異味，房間裏有煙味和魚腥味，估計是上一位住客的味道，開了一天空調通風第二天沒有異味了。 環境：酒店環境非常好，依山傍水，景色宜人，雨後空氣特別清新。户外有秋千、吊牀、蹺蹺板等，小朋友很喜歡。 服務：服務非常有待加強，服務水平完全與酒店環境不匹配，可以説毫無星級酒店應該有的水平。酒店大門一進來沒有門僮，衹有一個一直在直播的工作人員。前台沒有人，後來在旁邊角落裡找到了。大堂、電梯裏都有人抽煙，一樓和二樓充滿煙味。訂的兩間房都是兩晚連住，但是第二天我按了及時清掃鈴完全沒人來打掃，房間電話也是壞的，我去前台當面説了兩次需要打掃，前台小姐姐喊了客房部幾次都沒人來打掃。下午兩間房房卡都失效了，我又去前台處理一趟。帶孩子在負一樓圖書上看書，一位保潔趕人，我們承諾看完書會幫她歸位，她依然不依不饒最後瞪了我很久才走開。早餐服務人員非常冷淡，辦理入住時前台説了報房間號用餐，到了餐廳必須刷房卡才放人進去。與其找人拍視頻宣傳、開直播，都不如實實在在提高服務水平口口相傳來的有底氣。

硬件好，但服務較差。網紅客房設計很好，有審美風格，值得一住，體驗一下。但房間內未放咖啡和茶飲包，第一次遇到。可能是多讓客人去咖啡書屋去喝。但是咖啡書屋為節約成本未正常開放。提出要喝咖啡，才開門，開空調，進去的時候極熱。咖啡未喝完，服務人員即催促要關門，因為她要去餐廳忙晚餐，咖啡廳必須關門，盯着喝完最後一口。在書屋逗留了半小時不到，就在目送離開。隨便借了本書帶房間去看，被反覆叮囑多遍，第二天一定要還，好體驗不佳，之前沒遇到過這樣的。某些服務人員缺乏培訓，缺乏基本的素養，尊重和信任，令客人感受較差。早餐極差，是遇到最差的民宿早餐。品種很少，9點不到去的，基本所剩無幾，也不補充。回答是，不一定能讓你吃好，但一定讓你吃飽。白粥沒了，未補充。喝的衹有豆漿，沒有任何其他。對於供應量不夠，負責人回答是，沒計算到有這麼多客人，十分敷衍。之後十幾人過來吃早餐，均未補充，就是給每個人煮了雞蛋，讓客人將就吃點就行。早餐問題之前的評論裏，早就有人提及，但似乎一直未改進。周邊環境未完全建好。
