"The landlord is an uncle, sorting out his own home hygiene, so it is very clean and the service attitude is good. I recently rented it in Yuhang District, Hangzhou for two days. It was really bad. The surface was hung with a homestay. It was actually a small single room. It was very small and very bad."

GGuest UserThe homestay is in a small mountain village and is a small resort. The environment is very good, very quiet and the air is very fresh.
The room is very clean, there is floor heating, the whole house is smart, but remind me that because the Yishan room type is glass walls, there is no way to install the TV. If there is a need to watch TV, you can choose another room type.
The service staff of the hotel, from the front desk to the security to the cleaning, have a very good attitude. Breakfast is the kind of one guest. We brought the baby and added the baby's breakfast. We got up late and sent it directly to the room.
Overall, the experience is very good, and I will bring my children next time I have the opportunity.

JJiangnanxiaoyuAI went back to my hometown to worship my ancestors. The hotel facilities and sanitary environment were good, and the front desk service was also good. But what I don't understand is that the prices of all seasons hotels are not transparent, and they are different on different platforms. It's also foggy to ask for prices in the store. I always feel like I'm being cheated.

衞生：房間設施乾淨，毛巾很新。訂了兩晚連住，剛入住有異味，房間裏有煙味和魚腥味，估計是上一位住客的味道，開了一天空調通風第二天沒有異味了。
環境：酒店環境非常好，依山傍水，景色宜人，雨後空氣特別清新。户外有秋千、吊牀、蹺蹺板等，小朋友很喜歡。
服務：服務非常有待加強，服務水平完全與酒店環境不匹配，可以説毫無星級酒店應該有的水平。酒店大門一進來沒有門僮，衹有一個一直在直播的工作人員。前台沒有人，後來在旁邊角落裡找到了。大堂、電梯裏都有人抽煙，一樓和二樓充滿煙味。訂的兩間房都是兩晚連住，但是第二天我按了及時清掃鈴完全沒人來打掃，房間電話也是壞的，我去前台當面説了兩次需要打掃，前台小姐姐喊了客房部幾次都沒人來打掃。下午兩間房房卡都失效了，我又去前台處理一趟。帶孩子在負一樓圖書上看書，一位保潔趕人，我們承諾看完書會幫她歸位，她依然不依不饒最後瞪了我很久才走開。早餐服務人員非常冷淡，辦理入住時前台説了報房間號用餐，到了餐廳必須刷房卡才放人進去。與其找人拍視頻宣傳、開直播，都不如實實在在提高服務水平口口相傳來的有底氣。

TTaopaodemiaomiao酒店位置和裝修風格可以給十分，度假放鬆的好地方。前台服務較差，辦理入住時禮貌的問了一下是否可以免費升房反問我升什麼房，你的權益衹有延時退房二小時，如果需要延時十二點前提前告知，我也衹能笑着感謝。禮貌的問了一下早餐餐廳在哪，前台隨即手指了指那邊，我們也衹能無奈應了一聲，入住後帶着孩子找尋了一圈在另一棟住宅。入住後進入房間空調十多分鐘就跳閘關閉，協調後換了一間，山裡天氣寒冷房間不暖和我能理解也能適應，無奈晚上放水洗澡，開了很久温度衹有我們夏日放的自來水温度左右、帶着孩子勉強沖洗後短訊給前台，前台説忘記跟我們説了説要多放一些時候，隨即一直開着水，温度依然温，無法洗，前台説讓師傅看一下，稍後發訊息告知天氣太冷**温度一直在43上不來，人體感知水温當然沒沒有四十多度，前台稱要送感冒沖劑隨即拒絕。早上餐廳就餐，阿姨告知衹有麪條和水餃，帶着孩子下了水餃和麪條，麪條衹有清水面，還是我張口問阿姨要了一個雞蛋。衹想説浪費了大美的風景。環境十分，體驗感5分。希望硬件有所提高，早餐質量希望能和一般民宿一樣，高低煮鍋白粥。不過回程時遇上下雪，非常感謝民宿的一位大叔反覆叮囑開車慢點。
