GGuest UserThe hotel boasts a lovely environment and a superb location. The front desk staff were warm and courteous, rooms were cleaned promptly, and all staff demonstrated high professionalism. It was a truly satisfying stay. The comfortable beds and thoughtful amenities, coupled with meticulous and truly attentive service, make it an ideal place for both business and leisure travelers. The breakfast spread was also excellent. I've already recommended it to numerous friends, and they were all amazed by the incredible value for money. What a fantastic first experience in Anhui!

GGuest UserThe homestay is in a small mountain village and is a small resort. The environment is very good, very quiet and the air is very fresh.
The room is very clean, there is floor heating, the whole house is smart, but remind me that because the Yishan room type is glass walls, there is no way to install the TV. If there is a need to watch TV, you can choose another room type.
The service staff of the hotel, from the front desk to the security to the cleaning, have a very good attitude. Breakfast is the kind of one guest. We brought the baby and added the baby's breakfast. We got up late and sent it directly to the room.
Overall, the experience is very good, and I will bring my children next time I have the opportunity.

GGuest UserBring your baby to Yougu Villa on weekends, and directly unlock full parent-child time! The mountains are surrounded by green eyes, and the negative oxygen ions are full. The baby runs wildly at the hotel. The rooms are intimately equipped with children's toiletries, and when you see a swimming pool, you will wait for the summer to come again. The food is light and mouthful, the ingredients are fresh, and the children eat fragrant. The staff is super patient with the children, worry-free and effort-saving throughout the whole process, and the proper treasure place for walking the baby has been recommended to the Baoma group ～

GGuest UserTo visit Anhui, passing through Hanshan Lingjiatan, is still very well-known, so I decided to Lingjiatan Mandarin Hotel, let me say the conclusion: overall very good, including the beautiful environment of the hotel, the comfort of the room, the service of the waiters and sisters, are all given five-star praise, The price/performance ratio of more than 300 nights has at least doubled in Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai. Of course, there is a lack of shortcomings, but there is no way, one is a little remote, but it is very convenient to be close to Hefei, there are fewer guests on weekdays, and there are fewer choices for breakfast (when the waiters are very good), so the breakfast price is a bit low. But the flaws are not concealed, if you have the opportunity to come back next time!

衞生：房間設施乾淨，毛巾很新。訂了兩晚連住，剛入住有異味，房間裏有煙味和魚腥味，估計是上一位住客的味道，開了一天空調通風第二天沒有異味了。
環境：酒店環境非常好，依山傍水，景色宜人，雨後空氣特別清新。户外有秋千、吊牀、蹺蹺板等，小朋友很喜歡。
服務：服務非常有待加強，服務水平完全與酒店環境不匹配，可以説毫無星級酒店應該有的水平。酒店大門一進來沒有門僮，衹有一個一直在直播的工作人員。前台沒有人，後來在旁邊角落裡找到了。大堂、電梯裏都有人抽煙，一樓和二樓充滿煙味。訂的兩間房都是兩晚連住，但是第二天我按了及時清掃鈴完全沒人來打掃，房間電話也是壞的，我去前台當面説了兩次需要打掃，前台小姐姐喊了客房部幾次都沒人來打掃。下午兩間房房卡都失效了，我又去前台處理一趟。帶孩子在負一樓圖書上看書，一位保潔趕人，我們承諾看完書會幫她歸位，她依然不依不饒最後瞪了我很久才走開。早餐服務人員非常冷淡，辦理入住時前台説了報房間號用餐，到了餐廳必須刷房卡才放人進去。與其找人拍視頻宣傳、開直播，都不如實實在在提高服務水平口口相傳來的有底氣。

MMr xiaomuI drove back during the Spring Festival, passed through Ma'anshan, and booked a stay at this hotel. First of all, parking is convenient. The security guard helped us reserve a spot at the door for easy transportation of luggage. The hotel's service staff are also warm and thoughtful, responsive to all requests.
The hotel's facilities are quite new and the hardware is good. We had dinner at the hotel and it was delicious. As for breakfast, it is clean and hygienic, and the variety is relatively rich. Overall, I am quite satisfied.

Qqian11I checked in with the intention of giving it a try, and the room I booked was a pleasant surprise. The view was stunning from the window, and the environment was quiet and comfortable. It was a truly relaxing stay. The value for money was truly excellent, and the hot springs were fantastic. With so many different pools, I could find the perfect temperature for my needs, leaving me feeling completely relaxed. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. The parking lot is spacious and free. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing place—it's a surefire hit!

It is very convenient to park by car, free parking, and the front desk ladies are also very enthusiastic and provide good service. The room card is prepared in advance, and the check-in is very fast. The room type is upgraded for free, and the view is better. The room is very spacious, the balcony has good lighting, and the bathroom is equipped with a large bathtub with dry and wet separation.
