The most romantic hotel I have ever stayed in! The clouds are reflected on the glass and wrap the whole house! The flowers in the yard are beautiful and are in the sea of flowers. The row of old and peach trees behind, the staggered branches, very similar to the magic forest!

Undoubtedly the best hotel in Jieba Village. It's a complete package with a restaurant, bar, lifestyle center, and various Tibetan-themed experience halls. The afternoon tea was excellent; the beef jerky and open-faced sandwiches were particularly delicious. The hotel's environment is top-notch, truly living up to Songtsam's reputation with tasteful colors and decor. Watching the sunset from their private pier behind the hotel in the evening was also fantastic. My daughter's beef burger from the Himalaya Restaurant was very authentic, and the breakfast spread was even richer, featuring local tsampa. Songtsam's staff are all incredibly welcoming. Our butler messaged us in advance with all the details and hotel menus. Throughout our stay, they sent thoughtful reminders via messaging. The pick-up, luggage handling, and valet parking services were all flawlessly executed. The smiles of the ******* young men and women were truly infectious. As for the evening drink, the tremella soup was thoughtfully placed in a thermos. I was quite full, but I took a small taste, and it was very good.

其實我真的感覺自己被騙了，評論區一片好評～～不知道為啥有那麼多人給這麼高的評分。在我看來完全不值這個價格，再降個三分之一以後我估計我可能會再考慮。首先，從酒店的景色來看，就在景區裏的2號觀景台，跟%咖啡廳看到的景色一模一樣，衹能看到南迦巴瓦的一部分，不如索松村的視野廣；其次，這個酒店硬件跟軟件完全也不配這個價格，能感受到服務人員特別努力的在做好服務，態度雖然很好，但是都略顯生疏，攜程定有下午茶送，酒店也沒給我説，就這麼浪費了。最重要的就是硬件設施，房間沒有地暖，要開空調，那開空調大家懂得。就……要麼吵死要麼乾死，我怕太吵關了睡覺，結果因為是木頭房子所以馬上冷的跟冰窖一樣，我感覺都快凍感冒了。然後就是衞生間，從地板到枱麪看起來都挺破舊的，不是不好，就是不懂怎麼會定這個價格。總而言之，就是不是不好，是真的不太值價格，反正我感覺我被誤導了。

Before check-in, I was notified by phone that I had been upgraded to a villa suite. However, upon arrival, I found that the view was significantly worse than the standard room on the third floor that I had booked. Also, there was no underfloor heating in the living room, only in the bedroom area. The bedroom and living room were connected without a door, and my two friends who were traveling with me felt very cold (it snowed heavily that day, see video). They even had to bring extra blankets and a heater. It felt like the room upgrade was just to make room for others, as the villa suite was practically empty.

I drove from Lhasa to Dali alone and passed by Linzhi. After comparing for a long time on Ctrip, I chose this homestay. The environment is great, right next to the wetland, and in the morning the room faces the Nile River and a wetland lake.
