The cabin is well designed. The bathroom is large but the shower nozzle is very slow. It is recommended that the hotel have a warm reminder that the door of the bathroom is too short, and the friend is 190. In the morning, he hit his head directly. He was stunned... I hope to remind you or stick a soft foam to prevent collisions.

Very pleasant pre-check-in experience, the room has a large yard, very convenient, you can cook your own barbecue. The butler service is very good, very intimate, and also took the initiative to help us take the luggage to the station. It was very hard to get up early in the morning. The room was very clean and hygienic. You went to the station of Sedayuan Buddha College.

We were building roads near the day we arrived, and the innkeeper drove us there. As soon as I entered the inn, it was a pure solid wood Chinese-style hall, and there was a tea table. The proprietress was very enthusiastic. Seeing that I was a little high, I immediately turned on the oxygen generator in the room and the humidifier. I also ordered Tibetan incense to the room very intimately. The room is clean, comfortable and warm, and the materials are of quality. The inn is conveniently located and close to the grassland. You can go for a walk in the evening. Breakfast is on the fourth floor, you can look around the beautiful scenery, the oatmeal and sandwiches made by the proprietress herself are nutritious and healthy! I can feel that their husband and wife are very careful to operate!

Choosing Kasa Hotel for my Sertar trip was absolutely the right decision! The hotel boasts an excellent location, right next to the entrance of the Buddhist Academy, making getting around incredibly convenient. Compared to other hotels along our self-driving tour through western Sichuan, this hotel's facilities are top-tier in Sertar. The rooms are spacious, and the amenities are comprehensive; the breakfast selection is also rich. If you don't feel like dining out, I highly recommend the hotel's second-floor restaurant – it has an excellent local reputation, using quality ingredients and serving authentic flavors. I must particularly commend the hotel manager! We didn't have a car for this trip and wanted to visit Lhorong Monastery. The manager proactively arranged pick-up and drop-off, covering nearly 20 kilometers round trip, and was genuinely friendly and helpful. Whenever we had any requests, big or small, the staff were always enthusiastic and willing to assist, offering free help with many minor issues. The service was incredibly warm and thoughtful. Overall, the experience was perfect. I'll definitely choose Kasa Hotel again on my next visit to Sertar and will recommend it to any friends planning to come here!

The most delightful stay on our Seda trip! Opening the window revealed an expansive, unobstructed view of snow-capped mountains stretching endlessly. Waking up to the snow-capped peaks reflecting in the clear sky, and watching the golden glow cover them in the evening, every photo taken was a masterpiece – incredibly healing. The room was clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding, and excellent facilities, making our stay in the highlands feel secure and peaceful. The front desk staff was absolutely amazing – warm, attentive, and incredibly responsive. Their service-oriented attitude was outstanding; they patiently helped with all our needs, which made us feel incredibly welcome. The location is superb, making travel convenient. It's truly rare to find such a wonderful accommodation experience in the high-altitude region. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seda – you won't regret it!

This hotel is designed with great effort. It is very architectural aesthetic. Even the sanitary facilities are ToTo. There are also medical oxygen inhalers. The mountains and lakes are outside the windows. I also saw the sunset. There is a hotel on the first floor to eat. There is no need to run out to find food, the dishes are not expensive and delicious. This is the best hotel I have stayed in during my trip to Western Sichuan! Very recommended! ! !

The hotel is good, even the attitude of the boss, I have to tell the truth and like it, the service attitude is very good. The only downside is that it is not soundproof. Opposite my room, guests check in, and the door is closed. I can hear it clearly throughout the whole process. This is more than 12 o'clock in the night. There is a saying that the service of the little girl at the front desk and the room attendant is really super good. I really want to praise it. We have asked each hotel to change the sheets in Seda for two days. Later, we found that it was not because the waiter did not change the sheets of any guest. But their linen washing is too bad. They replaced new ones in front of us, and there was still hair on them... I recognized and recommended his home. Everyone's facilities in Tibetan areas are poor, but his service is warm, and his home is taller.

On June 8, 2025, I finally arrived in Seda, a place I had always wanted to visit but never had the chance to. The road was muddy and slippery the whole way, and the rain got heavier and heavier as I climbed the mountain at night, making it cold and wet. But anyway, I finally fulfilled my wish. Checking into the hotel was convenient and quick, the room was well-equipped, clean and hygienic, and there was free parking right outside. Breakfast at the hotel next door was very good, and it wasn't far from the distribution center.

Facilities: The hot water supply is excellent, and there are hot springs. Hygiene: Clean with no unpleasant odors. Environment: You can see the mountains right from the window. Service: The front desk staff are very enthusiastic and great.
