Guest UserThis was my second visit to Sertar, and my first time staying at the Washu Grand Hotel. The young ladies at the front desk were incredibly helpful and had excellent service attitudes. They assisted me with booking a visit to the Buddhist Academy and were very patient. There was also warm ginger tea available in the lobby, which was a nice touch. The room even came with complimentary sweet fruit. The breakfast was light, healthy, and comfortable, making us feel right at home with their warm and attentive service. Big thumbs up for the Washu Grand Hotel!!!

Very good hotel, right at the entrance of the Buddhist Academy.
I stayed on the first day of the Spring Festival. There were very few people, but the hotel's service was not discounted, especially the service staff in the restaurant. They were very enthusiastic. They waited for me to come back from the Buddhist Academy at night and arranged for the chef to cook dinner. The cooking was delicious.
Next time I come to Seda, I will choose Seda Casa Hotel

What I like most is that there is a pure technological civilization next to this local religious civilization. You can experience the original nature of the local area, and immediately return to your comfort circle. If you have been tired of Tibetan hotels all the way, you can choose this without brains.

Guest UserFirst of all, the front hall brother is really perfect, because the rain and snow on the night of the day, we will open the floor heating for us after placing the order, and when we enter the room, it is hot and harmonious, super 👍🏻, speaks softly, and looks handsome. The room was clean, the room service was good, and the hygiene was clean. The location of the hotel is also good, and the view outside the window is great.

Guest UserHygiene: The toilet constantly emitted a foul odor; there was hair on the floor, and trash near the sink hadn't been cleaned up.
Facilities: The room had no air conditioning; adjusting the temperature was useless—it was just a decorative thermostat, and the air vent was nowhere to be found.
Hot water for showering was sufficient, and it was relatively quiet for sleeping. The surrounding scenery was quite open.
The windows were yellowish, making the view appear yellowish as well.

Guest UserDuring the two days in Seda, we visited the unforgettable Buddhist College, toured the Dongga Temple with a pilgrimage mood, and checked in at the Jinma Grassland. In two days, Xuanrui Hotel became our warm home. It not only has central heating, but also thoughtful oxygen humidification equipment. The only shortcoming is that I hope the front desk brother can be more enthusiastic when serving, thank you!

Parking is convenient, and there is an independent open-air parking lot in the backyard. The sanitation is OK, and the facilities are OK. It is very convenient to eat, and there are all around. The overall experience is not bad. There is a ******* restaurant near the hotel that is delicious! Large portion! The price is not expensive!

On June 8, 2025, I finally arrived in Seda, a place I had always wanted to visit but never had the chance to. The road was muddy and slippery the whole way, and the rain got heavier and heavier as I climbed the mountain at night, making it cold and wet. But anyway, I finally fulfilled my wish. Checking into the hotel was convenient and quick, the room was well-equipped, clean and hygienic, and there was free parking right outside. Breakfast at the hotel next door was very good, and it wasn't far from the distribution center.
