Minha estadia no Hilton Bogotá foi excelente. O hotel é muito confortável, o atendimento é impecável e a comida do restaurante é realmente ótima — de altíssima qualidade. No entanto, é importante mencionar que os preços das refeições são bem elevados. Me informaram um valor aproximado de 20 dólares, mas a conversão para pesos colombianos estava com uma taxa muito alta, o que fez o custo final em dólares ficar consideravelmente mais caro do que o esperado. Outro ponto a considerar é que a rua principal em frente ao hotel fecha aos domingos para a ciclovia, o que pode dificultar um pouco a saída ou o transporte para o aeroporto nesse dia. No geral, recomendo o hotel pela estrutura e serviço, mas vale planejar o transporte de domingo e ficar atento ao câmbio aplicado no restaurante.

The hotel's shuttle service is back this year, which is super convenient. You can catch the shuttle at Gate 1 on the 1st floor of the airport. They'll send you a timetable once you've booked. Breakfast is decent, and luggage storage is available. While the windows don't open, the view is still quite nice.

The best NH hotel in Bogotá consistently excellent service and comfort. One detail to reconsider: breakfast is now charged separately at $17, unlike previous stays when it was included. For guests staying multiple nights, this policy feels out of step. I hope they revisit this.🧘🏻♂️ On the other hand the steam room is super!

Five stars based on Two star hotel! Hotel location was best that I could find. Its across Transmilenio Museo station which gave access to north of town as well as faster way to the Airport for 3200 pesos (Taxi about 40k). Station has ticket office in front. Right next to Parque de la Independencia, which was nice walking area that has Bull fighting arena and planetarium (which was visible from hotel (if your room is not face this side, there is a lounge in each floor that gives view to both Museo side as well as the park side)). It also is locate right next to Museo de Nacional de Colombia. Only two block walk to start the walking street (Carrera 7) of Santa Fe with various shops and restaurants (walk around the hotel to main street and go south). Only 15-20 min(1 mile) walk to gold museum, then another 5 min to Plaza Bolivia, walk another 15-20 min East to Monserrate. Room: Clean, for its size and price, enough space to put stuff, has safe, but no refrigerator nor coffee machine. its basic. Bed was double but actually like US king size, it was too hard for me. Temp control only has AC so even with AC turned off, the room (1501) was bit cold. Bathroom has hair dryer, simple yet enough space, has shower unit with hot shower (only rain fall option, no hand held). There is couple USB-A & power outlet right to the bed, our was not working. Also a power outlet by the desk area. Security was good, a guard at the main entrance, elevator needs room card for floor access. Front Desk: Surprisingly for an international brand, most didn't speak English, but they were friendly and accommodating. With my minimal Spanish and their minimal English, we didn't have any issue. Front desk also gave us early check in and high floor choice. Food: My room plan included breakfast, food was ample decent quality with meat/eggs, pastries, rice, soup, cold cuts/cheese, sometimes potatoes, about 10 diff kinds of fruits, 4 diff yogurts, couple juices and coffee. Juices were bit off as sometime you get real juice sometime water down to fruit drink. Breakfast is served in Qceveche, next to the lobby, place is not large, but has outdoor sitting area, also serve lunch, dinner and various drinks. We had dinner, food was good, bit pricy compare to outside but reasonable for hotel restaurant (we stayed in AC Marriot in Santa Marta where the food price was 50% higher than Qceveche.) Amenity: none, no GYM or Pool. Does offer bag hold. Has a desk by main door for taxi services (I made a reservation day earlier to go to Grand station for Tourista Tren to Salt Cathedral, driver promptly waited and price was less than expected/ typical taxi fare.) Overall it offer comfy clean room, good breakfast, GREAT location, good service. I will come back again.

The location of the hotel is great because it is right at 93 park, which makes it easier to walk from there to several restaurants and to the park itself, the bed was very comfortable, the staff of the hotel is very nice and the breakfast was good. So it is basically a great place to stay if you want to be at a cool area. One thing I did not love so much was that the rooms have thin walls so I could hear whenever a person was walking in the hall, closing a door or even snoring. Another thing is that the windows were hard to open and close, to the point that I was not able to close the room window during the last night of our stay.

Good location in a safe neighbourhood. Many restaurants in walking distance. Face recognition entry works like a charm. Staff is custeous and very responsive through WhatsApp. The room does not have air conditioning, not that its a big problem for us as we stayed during winter. The temperature for the shower was tricky to regulate, went from cold to hot intermittently. Staff managed to play with the water heater to get the fluctuation down to an acceptable level. Hope the problem was only for the room we stayed. The floor could do with a proper cleaning. Found long hair in different parts of the floor.

Service is very good, breakfast is OK. Kitchenware, refrigerator, washing machine are all available, there are many supermarket restaurants around, and there is a Chinese restaurant. It is also very close to the exhibition hall, 5 minutes walk. Clean and clean on time every day Facilities are OK, not old, suitable for business travel

I write this review with full gratitude! The best hotel in my life, I guess it will never be surpassed again! The original plan was to stay for 2 days, but my wife had sprained her ankle and stayed here for 12 days. There are wheelchairs, ice buckets, sumptuous breakfasts, and various dinner options. The 63-square-meter room allows my wife to recuperate without leaving the house. Saved our trip to South America! ! !
