GGuest UserThe tatami is very comfortable and I like it very much. The outdoor hot spring is great. Snowflakes are floating in the sky, and I can enjoy the snow-capped mountains and tree hangings while soaking in the hot spring! The staff are especially friendly and enthusiastic. They helped me check the weather, find the route, and even found my lost hat! Special praise 👍

NNeomiFirst of all, thank you for hosting! Although the building has no lift, but he is so kind and helped me to carry my luggage all the way up to the room. The room is huge, just a bit tough in the morning because there are no hot water. Outdoor onsen was great. Please check out on time, the staff came in exactly at 10am. Sadly this trip I ran out of time, so next time when I visit here, Im gonna go 魚沼の里 and 雲洞庵, thanks for the recommendation from the hotel 😉
