If you traveling solo or family then I don't recommend this place. Bathrooms is not hygienic at all. Room is dusty. food is good , view from restaurant is also good but restaurant staff is not professional they will stare at you while eating food. View from room is good. Room amenities not provided. And charges are high too. Nearby to war memorial and cricket stadium. Hotel staff help to arrange cabs . But I will recommend search other

Staff is excellent, very professional, helpful, and friendly. Rooms are not great, but then you get what you paid for. I stayed in Club Room, and there was no access to Club Lounge (now it's removed from their website after I bought it to their attention). Room service charges. I had a guest, and I asked for two glasses (Rs. 50 per glass as a rent), ice bucket was Rs. 177. Water bottles were Rs. 50 (250 ml. Bottle, which I understand). But Rs. 50 for an ordinary glass as a rent is ridiculous and Rs. 177 for ice bucket. I will recommend this hotel for it's location and friendly staff. I will be happy to stay here again

Stay was very comfortable the food was tasty all the staff are very helpful they assist me while checking in very warm and welcoming thank you all specially Sonia Ruchita Manas and Pawan the bell boy was also very kind to help me with the bags Thank you all 😁😊

I bought Ckub Lounge Acess to those who stays in Club Room. They don't have Club Lounge as what it is actually should be Club Lounge facilities. They removed and rectify their mistake. Staff is excellent. Prathmesh/Prakash (i may be wrong with his name) from housekeeping is excellent, very well behave and very helpful too. In all, all the staff are excellent. Buffet breakfast is excellent too and they have live counter to enjoy Indian Dosa/Uttapa. I enjoyed Uttapa. Rooms are quite nice, location is excellent, surrounded by lots of shops and restaurants. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone especially for westerners
