"The overall cleanliness is pretty good, and the breakfast is great, but the sound insulation is a bit poor.
It's pretty good in terms of CP value. I will stay here again if I have the chance next time."

"Close to airport, we took o la and cost was less than rs300. We stayed only one night. Breakfast was very good. Need to add more fruits though. Overall very satisfied"
"The attitude of the service staff is very good, the facilities are a bit too retro and not acceptable, the rooms are large. I live on a balcony, but the air-conditioning equipment is still relatively old and loud."
"I would recommend this to fellow travellers who travel to mumbai for embassy related work, 10 min drive to us embassy, hotel is clean and neat, the support staff are also available round the clock to resolve the issues. Food menu is bit costly but taste is fine. Rooms are bit stinking with cigar smell but once you turn on the ac, you don’t feel it."
"Hotel facilities were basic, clean and modern. New restaurant opening soon so there'll be food options. Had a few issues, but resolved quickly and the staff are great, really accommodating especially the manager imtiyzas. Would recommend if you'll be in and out! bonus close to the international airport without the noise!"
"Good service and facilities. Except some noise on account of repair work in adjoining room and comparatively high tariff, good hotel in good location"
"Rooms good, all basic amenities food quality and hygiene maintain all basic amenities are made available. In the toiletries, only soap is provided need to see if anything else can be provided. Similarly a chair in a room may add convenience. Linen and pillow cover was neat and clean ***** with the bath towel"
"I had come yesterday to give the exam. It is a very good hotel in Oxford Hotel. We did not face any problem nor were we disturbed in studying. The breakfast was very good, the food was very good, the staff is very friendly
And manager Mr Shoaib is very honest 👍"

Amazing
GGuest UserPros:
-Hotel is located close to the airport
-Service is impeccable, any requests was attended within 15mins
- The breakfast buffet was the highlight, it was absolutely delicious. Special shoutout to the guy worked the tea corner & the manager in that space, they were very attentive & helpful
- The water pressure in the shower was amazing, housekeeping staff were also very fast to respond
-The bed & pillow was comfortable
- The staff at the reception were very helpful & friendly
- As a solo female traveller, I felt safe
Cons
- The rooms are dated, in need of a up-haul. There are visible wear and tear, stains on the carpet, sofa etc. It doesn't measure up to 5 star hotel standards internationally especially for the price paid.
- Didn't have a great view from my room.
In overall, it was a great stay regardless and I would definitely return during my next trip to India. Thank you!

Great
TTimothy Jun weiFrom the moment I arrived at Taj Santa Cruz, I was impressed by the warm and gracious hospitality that the Taj brand is known for. The hotel’s elegant design blends classic luxury with contemporary style, creating a welcoming atmosphere that instantly puts you at ease.
Room & Comfort
My room was spacious, beautifully appointed, and equipped with all the modern amenities I could need. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, and I loved the thoughtful touches like the plush bathrobes and the aromatic in-room tea selection.
Dining Experience
The dining options at Taj Santa Cruz are truly outstanding. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet at Tiqri, which featured a delicious spread of both Indian and international favorites. The highlight of my dining experience was a memorable dinner at China Inc, where the flavors were authentic and the service was impeccable.
Service
The staff at Taj Santa Cruz went above and beyond to make my stay special. From the efficient check-in process to the friendly concierge who helped me with local tips, I felt genuinely cared for throughout my visit.
Location & Convenience
Situated conveniently near the Mumbai airport, the hotel is perfect for both business travelers and those with early flights. Despite its proximity to the airport, the rooms are remarkably quiet and serene, providing a perfect escape from the city’s hustle and bustle.
Final Verdict
Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, the Taj Santa Cruz is a true gem. Its combination of luxury, comfort, and heartfelt service makes it a top choice in Mumbai. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

KKusalka HerathMy stay at the Radisson Mumbai had its ups and downs. The room was comfortable, but the ongoing construction was a major issue. The noise was persistent, and on one day, the hammering was so loud, it was right next to my room, making it impossible to rest or sleep properly.
A particularly frustrating experience was at the GOMA restaurant. We ordered a course meal and specifically asked about portion sizes beforehand, being told that each portion would be suitable for one person. However, when the food arrived, the portions were large enough for more than two people. We had to cancel the main course and other dishes as we couldn’t finish the earlier ones. Despite this, we were charged for the entire course. It's the restaurant’s duty to accurately inform guests about portion sizes, and this miscommunication led to an unfortunate dining experience.
That said, the staff in other areas truly stood out. Shivam and Vijay from the restaurant were incredibly attentive, always remembering my regular orders and ensuring I had my coffee packed when I was rushing to work. Jaytin from Musafar Restaurant was a big help with packed lunches, always providing us with delicious food and paying close attention to our preferences. Arjun from in-room dining was consistently polite and friendly, making every meal delivery a pleasant experience.
While the hotel had its challenges, the efforts of these staff members helped improve my stay.

GGuest UserAn 1800s themed hotel which has really beautiful interiors. The service was top-notch and the staff is really hospitable. This was my second time staying here and I wouldn’t think twice before booking here again. Location is close to the airport but getting through the traffic can be a little tricky. They even gave us 2 complimentary drinks and really made me feel the most comfortable I’ve ever been. Love it!

JJacobus CarolusBit dated hotel. Location not near any good places but close to the airport.
But design of the hotel is fantastic and great facilities such as Gym, Sauna, Swimming pool, several restaurants.
Great stay if you want to stay near the airport and want to have some fun before your flight.
Would for sure stay here again in the future.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe location is good, there are some restaurants around very good, and the overall service of the waiter is very good. The hotel's exterior facilities look okay, but the hygiene is very poor, the sheets and quilts are not clean, and the contact has replaced a new one, which is not good. The sofa has mold in the corner, the whole guest room and hallway are moldy smell, will not come again, cheap is really a problem.

RRadicaltravelsI will start this by saying this hotel is amazing and I think anyone visiting Mumbai should stay here.
I’m a backpacker from USA & took me a while to find a good hotel in Mumbai, since it was my first time visiting this amazing city. Every hotel had bad reviews or highly expensive.
So I decided to pick this one and hired a taxi service, (which you could do on this website.) The hotel is a drive down south from the airport in Colaba. The location is perfect. It’s down the street from the famous Taj Mahal hotel so how could it get any better. A short walk from all the touristy spots. It’s perfect.
The hotel felt very safe. There’s security that watches over you and the rooms are on the second floor. There’s a front desk and everyone there is kind and helpful.
The room is very clean, no bugs, no dust, good ac, little candies and a perfect shower. Perfect pressure, perfect hot water. They have tea, coffee and unlimited water bottles.
The breakfast is the best part. Don’t skip out on it! They have a lot of options from Indian to western & everything is made with care and love. The breakfast might be the best part :) idk who the chef is but he/she did a wonderful job.
Okay, so no more searching and stressing! Book this hotel, it’s a winner!

PPANCHALRecently stayed at the Marriott Mumbai and had a fantastic experience. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered stunning city views. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, providing excellent service at every turn. The hotel's amenities, including the fitness center and on-site dining options, added to the overall enjoyment. A top-notch choice for both business and leisure travelers. Will definitely return!
