The staff are nice and helpful. They provided us with early check-in at 1200 and family room. The room was clean and tidy.

There's a laundromat about a 5-minute walk from the hotel, which is convenient. The airport bus to Munich is also within a 10-minute walk. It's a great base for getting around, so I'd definitely recommend it. Checking in via QR code was super fast, which I loved. Our room required us to step outside briefly to get to it, but it wasn't a hassle at all. There are a few steps to climb before you reach the elevator. That might be a bit much for some people, though. The room key is a card key, but I found it quite hard to open the door, even after pulling the handle down multiple times (and I'm a woman). My male companion opened it easily, so it seems you just need to put some force into it. All the staff were incredibly kind and helpful! The shower pressure was great, and the cleanliness was excellent. If you're just looking for a place to sleep, it's perfectly fine.

Location is only a short walk from the Munich main train station. My daughter arrived just before noon and they gave her an early check in which was so nice of them. Room was of decent size with twin beds and toilet was clean. Felt comfortable though the heater was a bit dodgy at times and weather was cold. There is an elevator for those with big luggage. Even though the overall space was small compared to others, it was cosy enough. There are small shops and eateries within walking distance and public transport and of course the main station which is about 5mins or so walk away. We walked to the old town which took about 20mins or less so quite easy to get around.

If I have the choice, it should be zero star. 1. After we arrived, the first night there is no bedsheet, I have to go to reception to ask for bedsheets!?! I am coming to a hotel not coming to sleep on the street. 2. The second day, the sun ordered room cleaning is not working. 3. The keycards are all not working. 4.The room is near to the street, you can hear the cars and trams during the whole night. 5. In the trip.com, it shows as a two single beds, but what’s the **** that I have this bunk bed in my room????

[Not suitable for business stay] The balcony door was almost falling off, and the room had a terrible mixed smell. like smoke and cheap deodorizer. No air conditioning, poor ventilation. Totally not suitable for business travelers.

Hotel is decent and comfortable. Near tram station and munchen hbf. Will stay here again if i got to munich

Location was great, but a little pricey because it was October Fest. Everything was fine but the lifts were under maintenance. And our room was on the 4th floor, we need to climb staircase to 4th floor. No choice we left all our luggages at the lobby and just take out some stuff for the night stay

It is quite hard to find a hotel in Central Munich for a reasonable price. Most rooms with private bathroom were ＞£100 per night. Therefore I was delighted to find this as a last minute option for £60 per night. I had room 203, huge with an unfurnished balcony and sleeps 4 in a king plus bunk beds. I found the room to be excellent, the area not so great, which is expected around a city's Central Railway Station. Wifi Strong, good TV stations, clean and comfortable. Recommended if you need this location.

Not so far from HBF walk 10 mins, but tramp in front. Room size ok for 2 persons. Bathroom is ok and clean.

Heater broke down for 1 day.

Reasonably priced and offers good value for money. It's not far from the train station, and there are Rewe and Aldi supermarkets close by. Overall, it's perfectly sufficient for a stay in Munich. Good.

My mom and I stayed here and we really like it. The room was small but clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. He was very kind and try to help me about request. The price was affordable and included breakfast. Although the sink was a bit leaky, it wasn't a problem for me.

The hotel is very close to Munich Central Station, and for a single room, it was quite spacious. Since I was only staying for one night and leaving the next morning, my expectations weren't very high. The room was clean, and the front desk staff were friendly. The only downside is that there's a step up from the lobby to the elevator, and you have to climb about 7-8 stairs, which can be a bit challenging if you have luggage.
