Good location, excellent view from high floor room

All aspects of the hotel are very good, the staff are enthusiastic and professional, the room is clean and the bed is comfortable, the dog also has its own bed and tableware, highly recommended!

Very good location

On my 7 day of my 8 days trip in Munich. The hotel is the highlight. Great services received from every department. The front desk is welcoming and warm. The Hotel manager Katharina is kind and helpful, she came out to meet and greet us, congratulated our wedding anniversary and my wife’s birthday (belated). The front desk team is engaging and friendly, they made my trip really special. The room is perfect, wonderful and comfortable bed. All the necessary items available, and the control is easy. The room sound insulation is amazing, it’s all quiet and peaceful in the room. Don’t miss the breakfast, great variety, fresh and very tasty. The fried noodle is particularly brilliant, and the coconut pancake is not to be missed. One of the best personal travel trips I had, and Mandarin Oriental is the main reason.

Mandrian oriental never disappointed. All employees are well trained and seemed happy to work here. The staff members and bellman get to know us and greet us by name. The room is spacious, clean, and well maintained. Bright hallway. The housekeeper done great job, supply extra water and extra amenities requested. Everything was perfect.

The hotel is beautiful, both inside and out. The rooms are very comfortable, and the staff is ready to make your stay unforgettable. I'd like to highlight the delicious breakfast. And I'd also like to mention Simon at the front desk, who gave us the warmest welcome; Jahn at the rooftop, who always had a smile for us; and Moncef at the front desk, who made sure to give us the best farewell.

I had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast at Mandarin Oriental Munich, and it was The beautiful presentation, high-quality ingredients, impeccable service made for a truly delightful start to the day. I’m highly recommend Egg Benedict and “Bavarian weißwurst” . Go for it 💪 The ambiance was elegant and serene, creating the perfect setting for a relaxed and indulgent morning.

The bedrooms were amazing. The bathroom was great, and the services were top notch. Me and my family only stayed for a night but we all felt so welcome and loved every minute. I did have a problem at the restaurant with an allergen, but honestly I have so many allergens that that one's on me. Everyone was so kind and welcoming, Aaron at the front desk was wonderful. Truly an amazing experience, 10/10 would do again.

Fantastic hotel! The staff are incredibly thoughtful, kind, and fun. I would stay here again just because of the people that work here. The rooms are a good size and well furnished. The shower is very nice. Perfect location. The hotel’s bar is also very good. Fantastic cocktails and very good service. Dark and moody.

Incredible service and quality room amenities. Check-in process was welcoming and one of the best we’ve experienced. Hotel food very good, especially the bar area downstairs, and the breakfast room upstairs. Roof bar had amazing views of Munich.

Elegant fabulous hotel. Old world charm decor with modern conveniences. Charging ports are great and shower controls high tech. It’s a combo of old world and modern conveniences. We blew the circuit in our room and they came very quickly to fix it and were so sincere in their efforts. Couldn’t have been nicer or more efficient. Breakfast buffet is nice- not as over the top as the Adlon- but fresh and delicious. The front desk folk are tip top.
