One of my favourite hostels ever. It has a great location, delicious breakfast, super clean, and a great atmosphere. I would definitely recommend it!

I accidentally booked this hostel by mistake instead of the other Wombats hostel closer to the Old Town. I found there wasn't a lot to do in the area as a tourist and would take the metro back to Old Town everyday. The other Wombats is also close by the bus station. Decent kitchen facilities and the cafe downstairs was nice to relax in or do some work on my laptop. Breakfast there in the morning was a decent option too. They had a laundry room, but it seemed expensive and needlessly complicated. Needed €8 in 50c coins to operate the washer and dryer - each! Maybe they had a system to collect all these coins. I didn't ask as it wasn't worth it regardless. Dorm bed had charger, Privacy curtain, light, and a small security box which was handy to have, as well as a larger luggage box below.

This place completely changed my idea of a hostel. Everyone was helpful, the facilities were accessible and with many common spaces for people to chill. The breakfast is good for the price you pay. It is very near to a metro station and is surrounded with lots of food and drinks options. If you like to party it will be even more fun to be in that area!
Thanks to everyone for making us enjoy our stay in Munich!
