Be careful! Husband and I forgot something so we returned to our room after we were downstairs for less than 15 minutes. At the door handle, our ‘privacy’ sign was still hanging there but was covered by ‘housekeeping’ sign. And one maid was in the room! Although she said she was there to clean the room but it’s ridiculous as I believe it’s every hotel’s staff 101 to know what the sign means. There’s only one sign there too so it’s no way to confuse. Anyways we let her did her cleaning before we packed our stuffs back into the luggages before we left the room again. There’s a man talking to her in front of our room, who then turned to ask us if everything ok. He said he’s a staff so my husband told him about what happened but he kept saying that no one would get into the room when there’s the sign hanging. Even when my husband showed him the sign that still hanging at the door, he kept repeating the same sentence for 6 times! Without saying any other words! Is he a robot, I wonder lol but that made my husband stop wasting the time with him and we left. At least, the maid said sorry to us at the end.

I stayed in a single room at this hotel for my flight the next day. The room was very claustrophobic, and there was an unpleasant smell, as if it hadn’t been aired out for a very long time—an irritating, dusty odor. The towels were carelessly placed and didn’t smell clean. Unfortunately, I didn’t feel comfortable here at all. The only good thing for me was that the airport was just a 10-minute bus ride away.

The room is big, the bed is very comfortable, and it is very close to the airport. It takes about 15 minutes by taxi to the hotel. The only downside is that the air conditioner is broken and can't be used. In addition, there are no shops or living facilities around the hotel. If you only stay for one night during a layover, it is still very good. It is recommended to buy some food and drinks at the airport and bring them to the hotel.

The hotel is about 15 minutes by taxi from the airport, but there is nothing around, and the room does not provide water. You need to buy it at the bar, which is not good. In addition, the hotel does not provide any disposable items (toothbrush, comb, slippers, etc.), but the room is okay. There are not many types of breakfast, but it is enough. Overall, it is satisfactory and suitable for catching an early flight. The hotel also has an airport shuttle, but it is 6 euros per person, so I think it is not as flexible and convenient as taking a taxi, but you need to set aside time for taking a taxi because the surrounding area is a bit remote. Other places are pretty good.

Quite a bit far away from the train station stop, you will need to roll your luggage. But next to the bus stop of the airport shuttle. Restaurant food is meh. Digestible. Super clean and everything renovated, except service staff attitude I guess. Made me wait for check in for an hour out of the principal as the rule is check in only strictly at 3pm and early check in costs same as stay effectively. Never experienced such a mindless rule especially when the hotel was not very occupied or busy. When checked in, the front office staff took her time searching for something on the computer. Also did not explain anything about the hotel - breakfast timing, sauna, timing etc etc. here is your card and off you go. When ordered food in the restaurant to take it upstairs, was given a full on tray, and it was quite difficult to press elevator buttons with full on tray in both my hands and needed to swipe the card in the elevator on top of it. Nobody helped. Again, not like they were busy. Occupancy rate, judging by the number of people at dinner was max 25%. Won’t stay again.

It was a new hotel and very clean. The bathroom was also clean. It was good for the price. I was looking for a place near the airport because my flight was early. If I use Munich airport again, I will book this hotel. The room number and access key are sent to your mobile phone. It was my first time and I was confused. The hotel staff came to help me.

🙁Try to avoid normal check-in concepts “12-2pm”, as their official check-in is 3 pm. 🙁Try to avoid check-in in weekend, basically you can’t find anything to eat, otherwise the near-by market “Netto” will be your last solution. 😀Good & Friendly customer service, the elder receptionist helped me to check-in (around 1 pm) when she saw me having the lunch in the canteen. 😀Convenient shuttle bus service to the airport. 😀Numerous bus stops around the hotel, seem like easy to getting the public transport to other place (although I didn’t try one)

Upon getting into the room, I found a piece of spent chewing gum stuck to the bathroom sink counter. Subsequently also found a similar gum mark on the hair dryer handle. The sink was draining very slowly, which was addressed promptly once reported. As the location near the airport is isolated, there are limited food choices beyond the restaurant/cafe/snack bar in the lobby.

The system at the entrance was down when we arrived at the rainny evening, wd had to wait for some body else to help. There is shuttle bus from hotel to airport central area, 7 EURO for adult, 3 for kid, which is helpful.
