Check in was a breeze. There was carpark that you could pay 10euros for unlimited in and out for a day. That’s super cheap and easy for parking in Europe. Deffo a plus.
Room is a wee bit small for families but it’s still perfect in terms of cleanliness. Also it is still pretty new. Bathroom was good too. They’ve managed to packed in a washer dryer that worked without a problem and that was exactly what I wanted.
Tv is a little basic without built in Netflix and Chromecast wouldn’t work. So it’s only German channels or YouTube.
Overall i am fussy traveller and would totally return or recommend this place
The staff are generally very nice (: we were allowed to check in early since the room was cleaned by the time we arrived. The rooms are also incredibly clean. I tried to search for dust (since I have bad allergies) but didn't encounter any. Only thing is that there could be more hooks / places to hang things in the toilet, and maybe 2-4 more hangers 🤣 (I travelled with a female friend, so you can imagine the amount of clothes we had to hang up.) There's also only one plug between the beds, so that's a little troublesome since we didn't exactly have a multi plug.
The hotel is pretty near Machtlfinger Straße, very accessible and there's a grocery just down the road as well.
We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel was clean and well-maintained, though a bit old. We didn't try the food but enjoyed their coffee. The service was fine, and the hotel felt cozy. Since we spent most of our time outside and only returned to sleep, we can't judge everything, but it was a pleasant stay.
However, there was an issue with a fire alarm at 6 AM, which turned out to be a false alarm caused by steam from a guest’s shower. This incident startled my family and disrupted our sleep. While the staff and fire team acted quickly, it seemed excessive to bring four fire trucks for a false alarm. I hope they improve the system to prevent such disruptions in the future.
Also, it would be more convenient if items like tissue boxes, slippers, and toothbrushes were available in the room, instead of having to request everything from the reception.

Great and clean hotel. Highly recommended.
Glad that the hotel provides FREE private parking. Because u won't want to park outside or drive to the center, there is no car without a dent or scretch in Naples! XD
There is a train station close to the hotel, and very cheap to central, eur 1.4. Don't worry it is not noisy at all inside of hotel. U can the local to help about buying and checking in the ticket, it is quite different from Asia or Holland. The only down side is that the last train back to hotel is 10 ish pm.... So u might need to take Uber back to hotel, it coasted us 22 eur.
The room is big and clean, the service attitude is very warm, and the breakfast is also very rich. The location is also very good, there are many supermarkets nearby, which is very convenient. In short, it is a very cost-effective hotel.
The environment is super good. There is a small forest outside the window, and there is sunset. The location is also convenient. It is a two-minute walk from the subway. A bottle of atmospheric mineral water was also given. It is also romantic to drink alone. This is the most satisfactory hotel on this trip❤️
It's few stations away from Munich central, close to Lidl, shops, restaurants, markets, etc. Quiet area, convenient with bus stop nearby, not far from Ostbahnhof too.
Room was really great furnished and beautifully large, in the room was also kitchen with full equipment available. Breakfast was delicious, although the selection was not so large, but has everything you need to start well for the day. The hotel is located in the heart of the city centre, and the hotel is located in the heart of the city centre. The only point was that our room was not cleaned at a single rhino when we were staying there, we were there 3 nights. But otherwise he was super satisfied with the hotel and the location. So far is our best and cheapest hotel in Munich! Thank you! :)
The hotel has no staff to meet you. So check-in is being done with software - long and hard process, where you wait and do it in the entrance, without any place to sit. It was not clear that we can do it a day before and in such situation - it could have saved us the check-in puzzle at 11:00PM after long flight and train journey. Breakfast is served in a box to the room, but arrived on time only at the first day. breakfast is poor. The late arrival did not leave us time to eat it. When we asked what is happening, the final answer was at night.... There was is no cleaning of the room while we stayed, and if I understand correctly there is a way to replace the towels by yourself. The kitchen in the room is good and has all what is needed.
All in all - if you consider it as renting a house/room for short time with no service - it is a good choice, If you expect room service and decent breakfast, this is not the place for you. Subway is short walk away - about 14 minutes.
Clean, spacious room, kitchen equipment. Below there is a super, nearby there is a bus, but it may be far from the train, but can walk up to overall recommended.

JJonathan MichaelNIce hote, convenient clean and good for a business trip...
GGuest UserOur stay was ok. There was a weird water sound on the roof during night which was unpleasant but it went off after couple of hours. Other than that nothing to complain about.
AAnonymous UserThe facilities are old and feel like the decoration of the 0 years, but the cleaning is relatively clean.
There is no parking lot at all, it is parked on the street. . . Not very safe
There is no breakfast, and the restaurant does not open at all before lunch. The front desk is also part-time, and someone checkin comes to work for a while in the afternoon.
