We stayed at savoy and it was absolutely memorable stay, we were here to spend just sometime with eahother(me and my wife) and it almost felt like days when we used to go on trips when we got married they almost reminded me of our days, we sat through the entire bonfire enjoyed the music, as thy said dedicating music is one of the best way to enjoy it, so thats what we did! Ms Neha and sonal from guest relations team had been really helpful throughout our stay, they took care of our needs and each and every staff had been really helpful Mr manish and prveen who was looking after our rooms nd Mr ankit from restaurants, i must sy that they ll have been great throughout.

Beautiful property at the end of the Mall road at library chowk. The property itself has a history of its own and exploring the premises is a great experiences. We visited this property during our anniversary and the staff went oit of their way to make the stay memorable for us. The room was spacious, aesthetically decorated and had a great mountain view from the balcony. Service was prompt and the breakfast spread had good variety. We would like to convey our heartfelt thanks to Sumit , Ankit and Sonal for making this trip to Mussoorie memorable for us

Beautiful colonial hotel. We stayed 2 nights and had an absolutely awesome time. Special thank you to Neha who helped us with the check in and also briefed us on the history of the property. We could actually see the Himalayas from the hotel which was breathtaking!

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming. Had a great and friendly experience. The staff specifically Ms Neha , Ms Sonal and Ms Siddhi were welcoming and helpful throughout our presence at The Savoy Hotel. The staff worked seamlessly together to create a memorable Hi-Tea experience. Mr Shubham (manager) and Mr Arjun were very humble and polite. It was great vibing in the bornfire. We spent a very memorable and enjoyable week at ITC Savoy hotel in Mussoorie. We were amazed to see so much history of the British Raj in this iconic hotel built in 1902. There is an old-world charm in every nook and corner. The staff were professional and courteous. Special appreciation for the warm-hearted hospitality shown by Ms Akshita who took extra care for the mobility concerns of this senior couple.

It was great trip at the Savoy, Memorable experience. Great team starting from Vishal and Jogender from Reservation, Akshita and Bipul at front desk, Jagdish at restaurant and Jitender Ji at Main entrance. Surely visit again. Beautiful property with heritage room.

Had visited WRITERS BAR " of Savoy Hotel.Thanks to bar executive Ms Shreshtha.Sah got a brief history of the bar and the hotel.Etched on the wall of this corner of "Writers Bar" are the names of popular well known writers who have visited this bar The Savoy, is a historic luxury hotel at present owned by Mr. Kishore Kaya and Managed by the ITC Hotels. Established in 1902, built in English Gothic architecture style mostly in wood, the hotel is spread over 11 acres (45,000 m2) . If visiting Mussoorie and intend going on the occasional money splurge then a visit to historic Savoy Hotel is mandatory,still better is a tippler at the famed " WRITERS BAR".

We had a truly wonderful stay at The Savoy, Mussoorie, to celebrate our anniversary. The ambiance of the hotel is absolutely charming, blending heritage elegance with modern comforts. The hospitality was exceptional throughout our visit, making it an unforgettable experience. A special mention goes to Shreshtha, who served us impeccable drinks and made us feel incredibly welcome with her warm and attentive service. Her hospitality truly stood out and added a personal touch to our celebration. From the luxurious rooms to the scenic views and the excellent service, everything about our stay was perfect. We highly recommend The Savoy to anyone looking for a memorable getaway in Mussoorie. We’ll definitely be back!
