We are a family of four staying at Hotel Crystal Palace in June 2023. We have booked six rooms, and they have provided us with interconnected rooms for our children. The hotel is located 1.2 km away from Mall Road, but they offer parking facilities and pick-up and drop-off services to Mall Road. However, these services are subject to timing availability. The rooms are satisfactory, but it is worth considering that there is no lift available, so please think twice before booking rooms on the third floor. The food at the hotel was awesome. The food court offers a lovely view of Mussoorie and the hills.

I was looking for a good hotel at decent rates near mall road, and my search ended at Hotel Seven Oaks. The property is located at Camel's Back Road at walking distance from Mall road. The hotel provides pick and drop from Mall Road till 7 pm. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a beautiful view of the valley. Hot water was not a problem once we understood the system. An individual water geyser is provided in each room, it is small in size but still, is adequate. Breakfast buffet spread is limited but almost everything tasted good. We had no complaints regarding food. The place is child friendly and many families with small kids were in the hotel during our stay.

Our stay was amazing. During the course of two days that we stayed there, everything was great from the start. The staff was really friendly, especially Mahika who had made sure that our stay from starting to end was flawless and made sure that we faced no issues. With the help of Mr. Pawan, he was really kind enough to make a customizable experience and trip for us when it came to sightseeing. The rooms were very comfortable as well. If you want to have a peaceful and calm stay near nature this property is the one you should be going for and it is easily accessible with convenient access to mall road.

Hi So my sister and I had booked our stay at your Mussorie property. Subsequently due to an emergency my sister had to book an early morning departure from Dehradun. Due to rains the road from Mussoorie to Dehradun had landslides and debris at several points. My sister would have had to leave as early as 2 am in the dark. As a solo female and considering the erratic rains we had requested for a cancellation of the last day (16th September). Request was raised via goibibo. A gentleman from your management called on 15th and confirmed my request considering the precarious situation and the risk a female travelling alone at 2 am would have to take and informed that he will confirm the cancellation request with goibibo. Despite repeated communication and even after sharing the call log with your team of the confirmation I had received from you, I have still received no confirmation as informed by goibibo. I will request you to fulfil your commitment and revert back and resolve the issue with goibibo. Thank you once again.

It was my second experience with Fortune Resort and like my previous one I enjoyed every second of it...Most important part is the staff of the place are extremely humble, jovial, soft spoken, kind and most helpful. The Spoken *** Mr. William, Prabhat and Chef Praven. Front Desk Manager Mr. Kushal, Steward Himanshu and Mandeep, and many more wonderful guys...My 3 yr old daughter absolutely loved making friends here...She felt homely from the time we entered this place...My entire family had an amazing stay...Keep up the good work guys. Thank William and Kushal for your help. We would loved to re-visit again.

We recently celebrated our anniversary at The Claridges Nabha Residence, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and genuine hospitality that set the tone for a wonderful stay. The property is nestled amidst serene surroundings, offering the perfect mix of tranquility and luxury. Our room ( recently renovated) was beautifully decorated and thoughtfully prepared, making us feel extra special on our big day. The dining experience was exceptional – the food was delicious, with a variety of options to cater to every palate. The entire team made us feel like royalty, and their genuine care and hospitality left a lasting impression. We are so grateful for the wonderful memories created here and can’t wait to visit again. We had a great stay at the Tree of Life Highlands at Mussoorie. It was a peaceful stay, accompanied by quiet ambience, friendly staff, good food, and comfortable lodgings. What we liked: 1. Given the low occupancy, they upgraded our room to a room with balcony. We greatly appreciate that gesture. 2. They initiated contact through email soon after booking, and asked for additional information, while also sharing route details to reach the resort. We appreciate the follow up and communication. 3. We were self-driving to reach their place. They anticipated that we would face difficulty, and called us while we were on our way. When we neared the resort, they got into a video call with us and guided us to their location. Hats off! 4. The room was comfortably furnished, with good quality materials. Drinking water was available in copper bottles. Hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner were also kept in steel containers. Appreciate their eco friendly approach to minimizing single use plastic. 5. The views were great. The ambience was quiet. This made for a relaxing stay. 6. They had a well stocked library. We enjoyed reading the books in the room and the common areas. It was a great way to unwind. 7. The tables in the common area had board games. It was a great way to spend time with family and disconnect from the screens. 8. Food at their restaurant was tasty and freshly prepared. 9. The day after we reached, they cleaned our car. Great gesture after a road-trip to reach there. 10. Wifi was functional and allowed getting some work done during the stay. Special thanks to restaurant staff, Sandeep, Virendar, Sagar, chef Jagadish, for their food preparation and personalized service. Thanks to front-desk staff Ashish, Ashwini and Dinesh. Thanks to Tulsi for cleaning our car. What we didn't like as much? 1. The approach road is narrow. That was one of the factors why we decided to stay put at the resort the entire time. Overall, we liked our break from the grinding routine, and it made for a relaxing stay to unwind and connect with our inner self and family.

We had a two days at sterling mussoorie everything is fine from check in to check out the staff is great from reception to restaurant the ambience of the property is very nice only thing is the way from mall road is bit narrow. Rest evrything is fine and enjoyable definitely we will come back 😊

The rooms were clean with all the facilities. Staff in the restaurant were very attentive and food was excellent. Good range for breakfast. Both English and Indian variety was viable. Anjali and Parvesh were very helpful and always greeted us with a smile and gave a good. Service. On The reception Akanksha was always ready to show all the places of interest.

THE ROOMS ARE MADE OF WOOD AND VIEWS ARE BREATHTAKING. THE SERVICE AND HELP WERE PRETTY GOOD. EVEN THE ROOMS AT THAT RATE WERE UNBELIEVEABLE. THE WASHROOMS ARE QUITE BIG AND BALCONIES HAVE THEIR WAY THROUGH THE WASHROOM.
