Regarding the hotel's location, although it's about a 5-minute walk from JR Nagoya Station, the perceived distance and the need to cross the street multiple times did not meet your expectations, causing you inconvenience, which we deeply regret. We especially apologize that you chose this hotel because you valued convenience for your morning commute, yet you were not satisfied with your experience. While improvements to the location itself are difficult to make in the short term, we will strive to provide clearer and more understandable directions in the future. Furthermore, thank you for your frank feedback on the building's age and the front desk space. We are grateful that you still appreciated the convenience of the self-check-out machine and the proximity of the convenience store. We again sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by the room layout and amenities. While it's difficult to fundamentally change the placement of the electric kettle, tables and chairs, and tea/beverages, we will actively consider other areas for improvement to enhance overall guest satisfaction.
