The room was very nice and spacious, comfortable to relax in after a long day. The rooms were big enough for our three large luggages with plenty of space left. The staff were hospitable to our stay and accommodating to our departure, making it easy for us to manage

Amazing hotel with great facilities. Room is adequate with a fantastic city view. We stayed for two nights and it was worth it. Check in process was smooth and super easy. I like their personalized complimentary water in a can. Wish they can give more freebies. Haha! Breakfast was amazing! Japan foods is always the best. Arigato🙏

The lady who checked us in was super friendly and helpful in attending our needs. I hope I paid extra attention to her name but if I’m not mistaken she’s called Yumiba (sorry if I misspelled it). The hotel was in a walking distance to the JR station and has a family mart just around the corner. The room is spacious as well.

Walking distance to train station. There is ***** shop and family mart nearly . 24 hours restaurant available . The room is big and clean .

2nd time staying at this hotel and the hospitality is amazing. The concierge helped us to book all the restaurants prior to arrival and was very helpful with all our questions.
Hotel was alittle rundown but service is top notch. Room is comfortable for our family of 4 and close to every major places.

Room is spacious and the view is nice. Check in is quick. Even the hotel not provide airport shuttle, but there’s one station nearby. Hope the hotel could provide self washing machines service.
I appreciated the hotel keep the same room for me even I skip one night stay in my trip.

Hotel is old and no free late check out. Swimming pool is small and no individual shower, except inside onsen. Some Japanese customers are impolite and races. Overall experience is not as pleasant as other Hilton hotels.
