The hotel is excellent. We had a room on the 8th floor with a view of the forest and the outskirts of the city. We stayed on New Year's Eve, so we got to the festive barbecue evening (for an additional fee). Everything was delicious, the service was excellent. In the afternoon we were given a small gift for the New Year (desserts - I am attaching a photo). The room, like the hotel, is new - everything works properly.
Regarding the area - it takes 30 minutes by taxi from the airport along the toll road and 45 minutes along the free one. Security at the hotel is like at the embassy or at the airport. But the area still did not seem dangerous. The shopping center is 15 minutes by taxi - completely European.
The pool in the hotel is small and not very deep, but with panoramic windows

Came here for a meeting and the place is super amazing. The meeting rooms are very private and intimate. We had a change of set up and it happened very quickly and staff are very welcoming. Esther was in charge and she ensured all was sorted out in time. We will definitely be back

Amazing place, good views and very supportive employees, we came for a conference and it was our first time in Kenya, I would say everything ticked out. From the entrance to the reception all the way to the restaurant. Big up to Jack line, grace, Esther and Joy they were very attentive

The place is serene, clean and with very good staff that are helpful. Victor specifically made sure during the Internal Auditors Training I got my gluten free pastry and bread every day. That touched me specifically. The chefs were helpful too, I was well taken care of. I'd definitely come back with friends because the Aviary sure looks very good.

The hotel's location is fantastic it's in the heart of city within working distance to all the main attraction and has excellent public transport Link, with easy access to the airport and a bustling down town area. The hotel had a strong and friendly security, presence with visible armed guard and surveillance camera,making me feel very safe and comfortable, Joshua always welcome me with smile,also front desk faith she was great to me, making my stay comfortable My major highlights throughout my stay was the immaculate cleanliness of the room, was exceptionally clean,the bed lines were crisp and fresh,the bathroom was spotless and there were no signs of dust I was very impressed with the level of cleanliness, also Moses help on how to used the washing machine, hotel staff they make my stay comfortable, l will come back for a holiday with my family,

Dusit was my favorite hotel I have ever stayed in. The hotel itself was beautiful, the food amazing (some of the BEST meals I had in Nairobi were room service!!), and I especially appreciated an astounding gym with many different weights and equipment (squat rack / bench, cable machine, dumbbells, stairmaster, treadmills, and more). The gym area also had mens / womens locker rooms with a sauna (or maybe it was a steam room). The Aviary was such a fun spot, they even have karaoke on Wednesdays. Olive Restaurant had an incredible breakfast spread (I will especially miss the pineapple mint juice and delicious lattes), and the chef makes the best omelets! I also always felt really safe coming & going as they have exceptional security measures. The things that stood out the most were the extremely fast, efficient service & the extremely kind people. Room service and laundry services were exceptionally fast. Anything you needed, the front desk would help you with in a heartbeat. House keeping kept my room spotless and well-stocked. I'd like to especially shout out Grace for greeting me kindly by name every morning and Daniel for his humor and kindness. The staff goes above and beyond to truly know you as a person, and I loved chatting and laughing with them.

I have really enjoyed the food and hospitality from staff , especially Jackline and William . The food was fresh and the environment is very condusive to work . The team serving guests is good and friendly. Definately coming back . I would recommend to anyone
