The hotel is far away from train station but shuttle bus service is provided. Quiet environment. Hot spring was great!

Nice view, nice service

I was unsure what to expect as the hotel is slightly remote and we did not have a car. Read that there is a shuttle bus but I request twice on the schedule via trip app but received no response 🤨 Had to request a Japanese hotel that we stayed before prince to help us check out the timing of the bus schedule and we also went to travel information counter and finally got the timing. Phew. The staff at the hotel are very friendly. Special shout out to Peter from Canada who is born and raised in Hokkaido. He is such a nice and warm person who offered us lots of advice around Onuma. Prince hotel is very lucky to have a staff like him!! 👍

Good stayed

The hotel is surrounded by beautiful natural environment. The service is very good. The equipment is a bit old. If this hotel can be renovated, it will be perfect. Now the cost performance is relatively high.

You need to use the hotel's shuttle service to travel, and it is very convenient to take the shuttle bus. The staff has a good service attitude and smooth communication. The living environment is clean and tidy, but the hotel feels very large, so it is indeed far to go downstairs to take a hot spring bath. The hotel's hot spring seems to be a real hot spring, and the outdoor hot spring is good. The hotel is quite old, so the usage habits of some rooms are older, and there are no other convenient disposable items provided in the hot spring washroom. In summary, it is an old-fashioned big hotel. It is more suitable for travelers who plan to visit Onuma Park or go to the ski resort to stay for one or two nights before leaving. If you plan to travel in the center of Hakodate, it is recommended to stay directly near JR. Finally, the hotel's breakfast is also OK, generally good.

The service is very good. There are many shuttle buses to and from Onuma Park Station and the ski resort every day. Don't miss the breakfast, which is very rich, delicious, and fresh. The hotel has its own hot spring, which you must soak in every night to relieve the fatigue of the day. The hotel has a supermarket with various bento, vegetarian food, drinks, local specialties, and affordable prices.

The room is big, well decorated, spacious, and the seats are very comfortable. I watched J-cat on the window seat! It was awesome. The hotel has a shuttle service to the ski resort and JR Hakodate Onuma Station, which is very convenient. The driver worked really hard (and was annoyed by the two Shanghai guys).

Onuma Prince is the hotel with the largest room during this trip to Hokkaido! There is a big tree outside the window and the snow scene is beautiful. The hotel shuttle bus is very considerate. The JR I took was delayed, but the driver waited for me. I was very touched. The hot spring is also great!
