The staffs are friendly and the room is very quiet although the outside is crowded and jammed.

Fantastic staff on front desk and concierge. Nothing was too movie trouble. Super helpful and check was hassle free. Recommend the breakfast. Very good breakfast menu.

The property is located in a convenient area of Dist 10 where can reach the supermarket and shopping mall within 10 mins. The room is spacious and clean, the staff is nice and helpful. Highly recommend it if you find somewhere to stay in Dist 10

Hello, At my arrival, The room paid on trip. Com was not the same on the hotel. It was a room without a windows and I got frustrated coz the reception man still stubborn and didn't to understand the fact was when you book a deluxe room it's without windows and on trip. It's not explained. At this moment the manager Mrs Thoa.. Took me on the side with a nice drink and welcoming to explain me the problem. So she's was kind and loving and saw the fact on trip and upgrade me. I would like to thank her for her professional and smile. Thank you very much

Please avoid this hotel, everything looks like so shady. First off, booked a queen bed but was given 2 single beds. Reception lady staff by the name of Thao was so rude as if you owe her money. Hotel room was terrible, upon entering, whole room smelled like sweaty old shoe. Room wallpaper torn, blood stains on the bed. Complimentary drinking water was later charged upon check out. Please look for alternative hotel. 2 days nightmare stay.
