Secondly the air condition system is very powerful and easy to control. Thirdly the bed and pillows are super quality. Also, the location is very good. Only 5 minutes distance by foot to underground station. Most attractive places are around The Line 2 and Line 4. Finally the most important is the value of the money.

The ladies at the front desk, Mi Le and Minou, provided very good service. They also served tea and warm water during check-out. Check-in was also very fast. The books in the bamboo house were neatly arranged and there was a sofa. The room was hygienic and clean, and the hot water came out quickly. Five-star hotel did not say, the service is really good, the facilities are complete, the stay is great! Finally experienced the difference between five stars and non-five stars. The scenery on the riverside is very good, but the glass is not very clear and transparent. If you watch fireworks in Nanchang, it is a bit biased.

All the rooms have carpet, so imagine. My first room was nonsmoking by sign alone. The smell, ashtray and cigarette burns on the carpet said otherwise. The second room was similar. Both rooms AC return filters looked like velvet. I’m surprised any air enters. The third room was nicer than the first and the smell was only the carpet. The non smoking elevator lobbies have ashtrays too, with fresh ashes in the sand. Clearly, guests are getting mixed signals. Threaten the deposit if smoking in non smoking rooms or areas!! I am picky, and I took only one star off because everything else was very clean. The breakfast selection, venue, and views were awesome! Overall, it’s a good price for what you get.

The hotel service was par excellence! Our taxi driver brought us to the main hotel instead of its branch 7 km away. A senior staff member having found out our mistake voluntarily took us in her car to the hotel we booked! All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was very clean and the amenities were in good condition! It is only about 300m from Tengwang Pavilion (滕王阁) we wanted to visit. Will definitely book it again for my next trip.

Love this place! First they upgraded my room to a river view, without additional fee, what a beautiful scene! Excellent breakfast buffet! Very friendly front staff, service staff, and banquet servers. If you have any requests they deal with them super fast. Very nice facility, close to everything - tourist high points (wanshou gong, bayi museum, pedestrian street, tengwangge) all are within walking distance, night street food market is like 20 meters away, convenient transportation option, subway station is a few minutes walking away. Overall, very happy for the staying experience with Oriscene garden hotel!
