What a great place specially for family. We were thrilled to see an outdoor swimming pool. The view is also good. The staff is nice and easy going even though no one speaks English. The play area is quite huge but it needs cleaning and better ventilation. The playgrounds and parks around the hotel are quite impressive. We will definitely gonna go back.

酒店很好看 新中式的裝修 自助早餐也很不錯 選擇很多 服務人員也很有禮貌 都會熱情打招呼 過年期間入住的 進入酒店都能聽到一句“新年快樂” 體驗感很不錯

酒店客服幫我升級了房間，房間很大很乾凈，雨天在陽台，中式院子一片寧靜。旁邊是森林公園，秋季景色超美。臨退房下大雨，美麗的客服劉經理讓我延遲3點退房直接去機場，非常滿意的入住體驗，下週繼續入住。

結婚紀念日與先生入住梅嶺新旅鉑爾曼，喜歡他的風格和環境。因為之前住過鉑爾曼其他店，印象很好，這次也沒失望。酒店旁就是磨盤山公園棧道，酒店內猶如江南水鄉，拍照很美。房間衞生舒適，在鳥鳴中醒來非常愜意！

優點：酒店環境不錯，旁邊就是森林公園，標準的五星級酒店裝修，床品乾淨舒服，周邊配套完善，叫車叫外賣也方便，酒店早餐豐盛，因一早參加越野跑趕不及酒店早餐，可以提前預約把早餐打包帶走，前台接待Mia態度好服務主動！
缺點：房間五星級酒店礦泉水喝完了竟然説不能免費補充，需要自己到樓下自助櫃員機購買，這也是第一次碰到，水價格不高，但讓客户體驗感太差了

服務整體都挺不錯的，不知道為什麼有人説酒店服務不好，就我入住體驗而言，前台比較熱情細緻有禮貌，茶室的小姐姐也很温柔爾雅，保潔阿姨也挺好的。酒店整體設計感很好，妥妥標五配置，樾景大床房很推薦，房型很有設計感，窗簾，洗漱間和卧室的推拉門可以很好的隔絕外界，就像一個小家一樣，我看了其他房型就很普通了，甚至桌子和沙發都不是獨立且很小，建議入住的話樾景大床房起，唯一一點想吐槽的是，酒店餐廳在國慶期間對於入住散客衹開放自助餐！而且大部分是涼的，味道也很一般，性價比很差，誰度假想來吃這又涼又不太好吃的自助餐！

總體感覺很棒！酒店開業時間不長，所以設施各方面都是全新的，裝修風格穩重而時尚，是我喜歡的類型。特別強調的是，酒店的枕頭特別舒服，睡了一覺，第二天起來很放鬆。取車也很方便。門口有大片空地，還搭了好多帳篷，還提供長條桌，適合團建。唯一不足的就是離市中心有點距離，但可以點外賣啊，非常適合自駕的朋友，住的舒適，價格實惠，總體來講非常滿意，我下次來還會選擇住這裏。

這是一家性價比超高的酒店，大氣漂亮高端，喜歡酒店的設計風格。這個天氣去室外無邊泳池游泳非常的舒服，酒店離梅嶺景區和安義古村都不遠。酒店的前台小劉善解人意，熱情服務為她點個大大的贊。也表揚一下甜甜，陳鈺和楊佳鑫。下次來南昌的話，還會選這家入住的。
