Stayed here in end Oct. Ji Hotel entrance is just beside Mercure Hotel entrance, so don’t enter the wrong one. Comfortable bed with double pillows and the only hotel (out of 5 we stayed in this trip) that provided fridge and free mini bar in the room. Good breakfast spread and quality with local specialities like jar soup and noodles. However, the air conditioning in the room wasn’t working properly, so the room was warm and stuffy. When we called the reception about it, we were given a silly excuse and a standing fan which was dusty and not standing straight. Not only did they not bother to wipe the dust off the fan before letting us use it, the staff who brought the fan to our room was impolite and left the fan at the door expecting us to move the dusty fan into the room ourselves. This is not the service standard we expect from Mercure. They gave us 2 packs of local noodles as gifts to make up for the unpleasant experience when we complained about it during check out

Clean, well, appointed, very friendly staff, and very comfortable. The only complaint was the lack of food options near the hotel, and the old ladies who refuse to let you walk to the main entrance without hounding you to buy something.

Had a really good stay overall! The hotel was clean and in a great location—easy to get around and explore the area. The room was comfortable with all the essentials, and the bed was cozy. Staff were helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet, though it could’ve had a bit more variety. Solid experience and definitely worth a stay!

Best hotel in Nanchang since 2017. No competition. Breakfast has improved since then, and I’ve stayed here for months at a time. Great maid service, especially Mrs. Ke Lizhen, she has been working hard everyday, always positive and cleans quickly/thoroughly! Beautiful hotel and rooms are very cheap for the spaciousness and quality. Always bring me fruit, snacks etc 10/10, will always be my goto hotel in Nanchang!

When travelling, especially with a kid, cleanliness in a room is THE priority. Well, the room was NOT clean. The counter top in the bathroom was stained AND dirty, the room was dusty (you could see dust on the mirrors and other surfaces) and the floor was full of shoes footprints of different types. We asked for the room to be cleaned as we checked in, while we went for a walk, more than one our later we came back, the room was dirty as we left it. I’m sorry but for such a price, in a 5 star hotel, this is absolutely not acceptable. Besides, I seriously doubt that the measurements of the room are correct as it seemed waaaay smaller than what officially stated in the room info. The view of course is breathtaking, that’s true. Mind also that there is absolutely no separation between the wet room and the bedroom, no door, no curtains…so no privacy while taking a bath. And also that there is no fridge. The lady at the reception was lovely, really kind, but it doesn’t make up for a dirty room.

Love this place! First they upgraded my room to a river view, without additional fee, what a beautiful scene! Excellent breakfast buffet! Very friendly front staff, service staff, and banquet servers. If you have any requests they deal with them super fast. Very nice facility, close to everything - tourist high points (wanshou gong, bayi museum, pedestrian street, tengwangge) all are within walking distance, night street food market is like 20 meters away, convenient transportation option, subway station is a few minutes walking away. Overall, very happy for the staying experience with Oriscene garden hotel!

The lobby is amazing. During the entire stay, the warm reception at the front desk made me feel the hotel staff's persistent pursuit of service quality. The room 🈶 reception fruit, 🈶 welcome cakes, and cultural and creative cloth bags were given the next day. The room is very large, especially the bathroom, with a large bathtub. A square stool is considerately placed, which may be used to take care of the elderly bathing. The breakfast is also very rich, with local specialties such as clay pot soup and noodles, as well as white sugar cakes, so you don't have to go to the street to find them. The transportation is very convenient, Yongshu Road Station, and there are also some food, such as folk restaurants. There are plenty of parking spaces, which is convenient for self-driving. The location is convenient. A ten-minute walk to the residential area is a good place to eat. It is also close to various attractions. The hotel is well-equipped and very quiet

The hotel I stayed in during the Qingming Festival was great! The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable and clean, the public areas of the hotel were surrounded by green plants, and the service was excellent. From the enthusiasm and efficiency of the front desk check-in to the thoughtful inquiry of needs during the stay, the staff were very professional. They responded to every request, solved the problem quickly and thoughtfully, and made people feel warm. The hotel's transportation location is excellent. It takes only a few minutes to walk to the subway station. Multiple lines intersect, and it is very convenient to go to various attractions. There are also many bus stops around, and taking a taxi is convenient and fast, so there is no need to worry about travel problems. I was very satisfied with the stay this time. Next time I travel, this hotel is still my first choice!

The hotel is really old, especially the facilities in the room. The shower head leaks, the water in the shower room is not smooth, and water quickly accumulates. It takes a long time to flush the toilet. The sanitation in the room is very average. There are mosquitoes and small insects. There is no electric mosquito coil. I called the front desk twice before it was sent. Such facilities and sanitation services are really not even as good as three stars. I really don’t know who gave it a five-star rating. The only advantage of this hotel is its location. It is a few minutes walk from the subway station, and there are many small restaurants opened by locals in the alleys next to the subway station. The food is delicious.
