Hotels in Tengwang Pavilion Pedestrian Street, Nanchang

Stayed here in end Oct. Ji Hotel entrance is just beside Mercure Hotel entrance, so don’t enter the wrong one. Comfortable bed with double pillows and the only hotel (out of 5 we stayed in this trip) that provided fridge and free mini bar in the room. Good breakfast spread and quality with local specialities like jar soup and noodles. However, the air conditioning in the room wasn’t working properly, so the room was warm and stuffy. When we called the reception about it, we were given a silly excuse and a standing fan which was dusty and not standing straight. Not only did they not bother to wipe the dust off the fan before letting us use it, the staff who brought the fan to our room was impolite and left the fan at the door expecting us to move the dusty fan into the room ourselves. This is not the service standard we expect from Mercure. They gave us 2 packs of local noodles as gifts to make up for the unpleasant experience when we complained about it during check out

I am glad to have booked 3 rooms at this hotel as when the moment we arrived at the hotel, we were warmly greeted by the hotel staffs. The hotel staffs also helped us in booking didi rides numerous times as we are foreigners without WeChat pay or AliPay facilities in our mobile phone. The service attitude of all the staff are excellent and helpful. I would like to thank 丝丝，小王 and all the staff for giving us a wonderful experience in your hotel. I would highly recommend anyone to stay in any Mehood hotels! Lastly I would like to thank the front desk staff whom I did not get her name with the mobile number ending 7109, who helped to call for medical assistance in the middle of the night.

Lot: It is within a 10-15 minute walk from Tengwang Pavilion and Wanshou Palace, which is very convenient. health: The hotel is very clean, comfortable and reassuring staff: Enthusiastic service, warm attitude, proactive, and very qualified facility: The public facilities of the hotel are very good, and the layout is practical and warm. The shortcoming is - the sound insulation between rooms (especially between the bathroom in the next room) is too poor. Speech, breathing, and exhaust can all be heard one by one. It is strongly recommended that the hotel improve this. Meals: The breakfast is pretty good for a hotel with a price tag of about 500 yuan, and you can tell that they put a lot of thought into it. Finally, I would like to thank the service staff again for their excellent service. It is you who have made up for the regret caused by the hotel's lack of sound insulation hardware! You are the hotel’s greatest pride!

Good support and communication at reception for non-Chinese speaker. Clean room and clean restaurant for breakfast. Reception of cellphones in bathroom is not good and I need to be close to the window to have stable connection during video talk. I will come back.

Best hotel in Nanchang since 2017. No competition. Breakfast has improved since then, and I’ve stayed here for months at a time. Great maid service, especially Mrs. Ke Lizhen, she has been working hard everyday, always positive and cleans quickly/thoroughly! Beautiful hotel and rooms are very cheap for the spaciousness and quality. Always bring me fruit, snacks etc 10/10, will always be my goto hotel in Nanchang!

Your hotel has complete facilities, all intelligent, and very clean sanitary conditions. Huangbo Hotel is a newly opened hotel. All the supplies in the room are clean and tidy, and the dry and wet areas are separated. The TV is a large projection device. Your hotel room is equipped with two packs of coffee every day, and bottled water is supplied in sufficient quantities. The hotel lobby and guest rooms are spacious and bright. The waiters tidy up the rooms carefully and promptly every day, and the cleaning is particularly clean and well organized. The bedding is neat and hygienic. The lobby staff handles the check-in procedures promptly and quickly, and is proficient in business. They are not tired of helping and answering various questions raised by guests in a timely and proactive manner. The restaurant has a rich variety of breakfasts, which are clean and hygienic. Your hotel is close to the famous scenic spots in Nanchang and has convenient transportation. If I go to Nanchang next time, I will patronize your hotel again. Great!

An old five-star hotel in Nanchang, with a great location, next to the main road of the city, Bayi Avenue, very close to the train station, within walking distance! It has been open for almost ten years and is a little old, but the layout, furnishings, furniture, and supplies in the room are all five-star standards, especially the five pillows of different materials to meet various sleeping needs. The bed is very large and very comfortable to sleep on. There is also a small sofa, a small coffee table, and a desk, which are convenient and practical; there are shower rooms and bathtubs, and the accommodation feels very comfortable! All kinds of supplies are available, and the price is very affordable. Five-star quality plus mid-range hotel prices, very satisfied!

This top revolving hotel is well located in the older part of Nanchang. It’s a block from the night “ walking street” & 2 blocks from thousand bless palace food place. Good 10 minutes walking distance to local tourist attraction “ King Teng palace” by the River. Breakfast is good but not spectacular, only one option for coffee though. Top feature was the revolving restaurant though a little aged , is still an attraction. I believe this hotel can do better to enhance its image through a little modernization. Lighting controls in our room is a little confusing. Thermostat cooling was not favourable at times, heating for bathing water can be a little delayed at times. Other than that, all was well.

The location of the hotel is very close to Bayi Square, opposite the subway. The transportation is convenient and the sanitation is good. There is construction nearby, and the sound is non-stop all night long. The sound of roaring and steel banging makes it difficult for me to sleep well even though I am sleeping well. , I didn’t sleep all night and delayed my trip the next day. This noise is no longer a problem of poor sound insulation. If you are not afraid of a bad rest, you can make a reservation. If you are traveling for a day, it is not recommended because you can’t rest.

This place is all about the location and price was decent too. I knew it was an older hotel so I’m not going to complain about that. However, I didn’t extend my stay… the reason is as soon as I walked into the room there was like a dank smell. The room was actually pretty clean and well kept, so I put it down to the bathroom drains needing cleaning. If it wasn’t for that I wouldn’t be writing the review. Make of that what you will!
