Hotels in Tengwang Pavilion Pedestrian Street, Nanchang

This is our third stay at this incredible hotel (a total of about 15 nights). We're a family of 4 people and have booked 2 rooms every time. The food: Breakfast has loads of options and it varies slightly from one morning to the next. After breakfast there is high tea until 10PM. There you can have coffee, tea, juice, cakes, fruits, rice porridge etc., for free all day. At 10PM the night meal starts. There you can eat noodles, also for free. Snacks such as fruits and drinks, are delivered to the room in the evening. The water: There are bottles in the room, but there are also bottles by the elevator that you can take if you need more. So basically you can have as much water as you want. The laundry service: It's just one of the best aspects of this hotel. We put your laundry outside the room in the morning, and when we came back in the afternoon it was in our room. Cleaned, dried and folded. For free!! The staff: All of the staff is very friendly and polite if it's the ladies at the reception, the men standing in front of the hotel, the cleaning ladies, the staff in the breakfast area... All of them nice and welcoming. Late checkout (at 4PM at no extra cost). The spa: We went to the spa for a massage. It doesn't belong to the hotel even if it's a part of it. Very good experience. The ladies were nice and you can eat as much as you want (snacks or noodles), for free. The bad aspects: I honestly can't find any bad things to say about this hotel, even if I try! We'll definitely be back.

Stayed here in end Oct. Ji Hotel entrance is just beside Mercure Hotel entrance, so don’t enter the wrong one. Comfortable bed with double pillows and the only hotel (out of 5 we stayed in this trip) that provided fridge and free mini bar in the room. Good breakfast spread and quality with local specialities like jar soup and noodles. However, the air conditioning in the room wasn’t working properly, so the room was warm and stuffy. When we called the reception about it, we were given a silly excuse and a standing fan which was dusty and not standing straight. Not only did they not bother to wipe the dust off the fan before letting us use it, the staff who brought the fan to our room was impolite and left the fan at the door expecting us to move the dusty fan into the room ourselves. This is not the service standard we expect from Mercure. They gave us 2 packs of local noodles as gifts to make up for the unpleasant experience when we complained about it during check out

Manxin left a deep impression on me during my trip to Nanchang. First of all, the hotel is elegant and elegant, with luxurious and stylish interior decoration. The room is spacious and bright, with excellent lighting and ventilation. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry areas, and the toiletries are of high quality. The service is extremely efficient and the reception is polite. The guy at the front desk also provided a lot of practical suggestions for local travel. There is also a resident singer on Saturday night, and the singing is very good. It's really good!

The hotel is in a great location, just opposite the Jiangxi Revolutionary Martyrs Memorial Hall, 200 meters from Fuzhou Road subway station, and 5 minutes walk to Bayi Square. The front desk service is also very good, and any problems are reported and handled immediately, very timely. Because I was in a hurry to catch the train, I didn't experience the hotel breakfast. The gardenia fragrance in the bathroom is very good. The only thing I am not satisfied with is that the mattress is a little hard and the room lights are a little dim.

The hotel service was par excellence! Our taxi driver brought us to the main hotel instead of its branch 7 km away. A senior staff member having found out our mistake voluntarily took us in her car to the hotel we booked! All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was very clean and the amenities were in good condition! It is only about 300m from Tengwang Pavilion (滕王阁) we wanted to visit. Will definitely book it again for my next trip.

This time I came to Nanchang to watch the Phoenix Legend concert, and I specifically chose to go along the subway line. The transportation is still very convenient. I also contacted the hotel in advance before checking in and helped upgrade the room type. Special thanks to Manager Cai for his thoughtful service. I happened to lose my umbrella during the concert, so they gave us an umbrella. The three-day trip was very successful. grateful

Love this place! First they upgraded my room to a river view, without additional fee, what a beautiful scene! Excellent breakfast buffet! Very friendly front staff, service staff, and banquet servers. If you have any requests they deal with them super fast. Very nice facility, close to everything - tourist high points (wanshou gong, bayi museum, pedestrian street, tengwangge) all are within walking distance, night street food market is like 20 meters away, convenient transportation option, subway station is a few minutes walking away. Overall, very happy for the staying experience with Oriscene garden hotel!

The location was good. The windows had a view of the river and the water fountains. There were government buildings in the area, so there were no other services right in front of the door. The room was quiet, good air conditioning and the bed was very comfortable. Excellent breakfast.

It's my first time staying in this hotel. I came with my family. We chose a king-size bed room. The room is very big. The bed is 1.8 meters long. It's okay to jump around. It's really worth it for you to come to this hotel. I have tried it for you. It's really good.

Very modern and superb facilities. Very reasonable price indeed considering the extremely high quality of the rooms and of the excellent service. Although the staff are not fluent in English, they use translation sofrware to supplement their English language knowledge and the staff are extremely helpful. The note that I sent to the staff thanking them says it all (see below).
