Awesome facilities and service. Notice that swimmers are required to wear a swim cap. The breakfast buffet on Level 2 is fantastic!

Fantastic stay, room was great and spacious. Shout out to Penny for being such an amazing person and helping me out with everything. Penny contacted me a few hours before check in, and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. She told me to contact her in case of anything and also upgraded my room! The customer service is definitely a wow factor! The rest of the staff were also extremely nice, and it is pretty amazing how quick the front desk picks up when you need something from your room. This stay was more than great, thanks again Crowne Plaza, definitely will be back; and special thanks to Penny for making my stay feel special!

Came to Nanchang to watch Jacky Cheung's concert. The hotel is in a good location, next to the subway entrance, and a few stops from the sports center. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel breakfast has Nanchang specialty snacks, white sugar cakes and Nanchang mixed noodles, the quality is OK

Great location, high level hotel, but some parts of the interior are a bit old. Problem with the permanent change of water pressure, so that it was not possible to get a suitable water temperature in the shower (all the time changing between hot and cold). Not so easy to communicate in English (like in many Chinese hotels), but diligent and helpful staff. Not big choice of food in the restaurant, but there are many restaurants nearby. Wonderful view on the lake.

Facilities: The facilities are relatively old, after all, they are a bit old, and there is no odor in the room. Environment: The location is good, it is convenient to go to Wanda in Causeway Bay, there is an electric donkey stop downstairs, and it is also nice to ride a donkey when the weather is good 😁

The experience was very good, the staff were enthusiastic [Sun], and the check-in was efficient and fast. During my stay, the service was attentive and meticulous, and any needs could be responded to in a timely manner. The hotel has a comfortable environment and complete facilities. Highly recommend this hotel and will choose here next time.

I was very impressed with the hotel I stayed at this time. The whole process from booking to check-out was very smooth. The receptionist was warm and friendly, and the check-in process was quick. The room was elegantly decorated and the bed was comfortable, which allowed me to have a good sleep. The bathroom was clean and tidy, and there was plenty of hot water. The breakfast provided by the hotel was rich in variety and tasted excellent.

This is my second stay at the Primus and I believe there will be another in my near future. I love stay-cations as a way to unwind and rest from work. This particular trip was for my birthday and the staff was so kind to help us celebrate. From the decorations to the pool to the huge tub (I love baths!) and yummy breakfast. It was just the celebration I was looking for. So thankful they are just a Didi away! They even decorated my friend’s room too! The locker rooms have a steam room but it’s not constantly on. You have to ask them to turn it on and it takes awhile to heat up so, if you know you want to use it let the staff know well ahead of time. You can get massages but I have a regular place I love in the city that isn’t as pricey so I just go there. Sometimes breakfast is amazing and sometimes it’s ok…depends on what’s available I think. The best part! A miracle! I locked my passport and wallet in the room safe. Something I rarely do. Well, 3 days later I received a call from the front desk telling me they found my belongs in the room. I hadn’t even realized! Smh…I was so grateful. I ran over immediately and was given everything (after a few questions to make sure it was really me ). Nothing was missing! I’m still in shock and awe. Thanks again to the man at the front desk with excellent English and a kind demeanor who helped with my wallet. Really everyone was wonderful and it really makes a difference. I tell everyone to stay there and it’s because of the great service. Thanks Primus! I’m sure I’ll be back before work starts up again in February 2023. 新年快乐🎉🎆

Excellent facilities, especially considering the price. The swimming pool is very nice and is just a few hundred meters from the main hotel building. There is an area in the pool suitable for smaller children (0,6-0,8 meters deep). Swim caps are mandatory but can be bought at the swimming pool reception for 10 yuan each. The breakfast was mostly Chinese with, among other food, tasty noodles but there was also cereals, fruits and some bread. There is no playground inside the hotel anymore but it didnt bother us since we spent time in the swimming pool instead. The location is not central but the hotel is not very far from the subway station. All in all a very good hotel for someone who wants a relaxing time and doesnt need live in the city center. We enjoyed our stay.

Facilities: The room is fully equipped with intelligent voice control Hygiene: Clean and tidy, no odor in the room. Environment: The environment is elegant, and the entire hotel is decorated in European style. Service: Both the front desk and the floor staff are warm and thoughtful I would like to especially praise the hotel's breakfast and night tea, which are very good. I recommend staying in this hotel.
