Awesome facilities and service. Notice that swimmers are required to wear a swim cap. The breakfast buffet on Level 2 is fantastic!

Fantastic stay, room was great and spacious. Shout out to Penny for being such an amazing person and helping me out with everything. Penny contacted me a few hours before check in, and made sure everything was perfect for my stay. She told me to contact her in case of anything and also upgraded my room! The customer service is definitely a wow factor! The rest of the staff were also extremely nice, and it is pretty amazing how quick the front desk picks up when you need something from your room. This stay was more than great, thanks again Crowne Plaza, definitely will be back; and special thanks to Penny for making my stay feel special!

The hotel is very good, the environment is also very good, the room is very clean, the bathroom is separated into wet and dry areas, the guest relations director Diana is very warm and thoughtful, and took the initiative to help upgrade the river view room and give welcome fruit, the room soundproofing is also very good and does not affect sleep, the hotel has all the facilities, I am already looking forward to the next stay

Great location, high level hotel, but some parts of the interior are a bit old. Problem with the permanent change of water pressure, so that it was not possible to get a suitable water temperature in the shower (all the time changing between hot and cold). Not so easy to communicate in English (like in many Chinese hotels), but diligent and helpful staff. Not big choice of food in the restaurant, but there are many restaurants nearby. Wonderful view on the lake.

Facilities: The facilities are relatively old, after all, they are a bit old, and there is no odor in the room. Environment: The location is good, it is convenient to go to Wanda in Causeway Bay, there is an electric donkey stop downstairs, and it is also nice to ride a donkey when the weather is good 😁

This stay was actually because the hotel the night before was so unsatisfactory that I went to the front desk to cancel my extension in the middle of the night, and then I chose this place temporarily. The reason was simple, there were scarce family rooms here! But I didn't expect this stay to be such a pleasant surprise! The staff were very warm and friendly, and the check-in was efficient and fast. The enthusiastic front desk lady upgraded our room type and arranged breakfast for the children. The room we stayed in was spacious and bright, warm and elegant, clean and sanitary, with a superb river view. In the evening, we arranged for a good night's snack and fruit. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the sound insulation was also good. I hardly felt disturbed and had a good night's sleep. The elderly and children traveling with me were very satisfied. The hotel's breakfast was wow, very Nanchang~

Older but well kept up hotel with a great hot spring/SPA area. In a rather quiet area, so you will need a taxi to go shopping or eat out.  The employees are very nice and do their best to make people feel welcome. Breakfast is more Chinese with some western options.

The hotel is conveniently located, the service of the girl at the front desk is very good, the underground parking lot is also convenient, the breakfast has a wide variety and good taste, and the National Expo subway station is just outside the hotel. I will stay here again next time I go to Nanchang.

Excellent facilities, especially considering the price. The swimming pool is very nice and is just a few hundred meters from the main hotel building. There is an area in the pool suitable for smaller children (0,6-0,8 meters deep). Swim caps are mandatory but can be bought at the swimming pool reception for 10 yuan each. The breakfast was mostly Chinese with, among other food, tasty noodles but there was also cereals, fruits and some bread. There is no playground inside the hotel anymore but it didnt bother us since we spent time in the swimming pool instead. The location is not central but the hotel is not very far from the subway station. All in all a very good hotel for someone who wants a relaxing time and doesnt need live in the city center. We enjoyed our stay.

Environment: The environment is elegant, and the entire hotel is decorated in European style. Service: Both the front desk and the floor staff are warm and thoughtful I would like to especially praise the hotel's breakfast and night tea, which are very good. I recommend staying in this hotel.
