Lot: It is within a 10-15 minute walk from Tengwang Pavilion and Wanshou Palace, which is very convenient. health: The hotel is very clean, comfortable and reassuring staff: Enthusiastic service, warm attitude, proactive, and very qualified facility: The public facilities of the hotel are very good, and the layout is practical and warm. The shortcoming is - the sound insulation between rooms (especially between the bathroom in the next room) is too poor. Speech, breathing, and exhaust can all be heard one by one. It is strongly recommended that the hotel improve this. Meals: The breakfast is pretty good for a hotel with a price tag of about 500 yuan, and you can tell that they put a lot of thought into it. It is a 30-minute drive from the airport, and it is about 500 meters to Tengwang Pavilion and Wanshou Palace. There are many restaurants and snacks on the street at the entrance, and there is a 24-hour convenience store on the corner with rich content. The hotel is clean and sanitary. The room has Xiaodu smart system and Xiaoai smart toilet flusher. The water pressure is suitable, and the washbasin and shower are very easy to use. The room price of less than 200 is very cost-effective. The front desk will actively add WeChat to respond to various questions and needs in time. After late check-out at 14:00, you can also store your luggage at the front desk for free. The breakfast is rich and delicious, and it is very friendly to tourists who can't eat spicy food. There are also cooked glutinous rice balls or wontons, milk soy milk, porridge, tea egg white boiled eggs, corn steamed buns, sweet potatoes, steamed cakes, and a stir-fried vegetable every day. Stayed here in end Oct. Ji Hotel entrance is just beside Mercure Hotel entrance, so don’t enter the wrong one. Comfortable bed with double pillows and the only hotel (out of 5 we stayed in this trip) that provided fridge and free mini bar in the room. Good breakfast spread and quality with local specialities like jar soup and noodles. However, the air conditioning in the room wasn’t working properly, so the room was warm and stuffy. When we called the reception about it, we were given a silly excuse and a standing fan which was dusty and not standing straight. Not only did they not bother to wipe the dust off the fan before letting us use it, the staff who brought the fan to our room was impolite and left the fan at the door expecting us to move the dusty fan into the room ourselves. This is not the service standard we expect from Mercure. They gave us 2 packs of local noodles as gifts to make up for the unpleasant experience when we complained about it during check out

All the rooms have carpet, so imagine. My first room was nonsmoking by sign alone. The smell, ashtray and cigarette burns on the carpet said otherwise. The second room was similar. Both rooms AC return filters looked like velvet. I’m surprised any air enters. The third room was nicer than the first and the smell was only the carpet. The non smoking elevator lobbies have ashtrays too, with fresh ashes in the sand. Clearly, guests are getting mixed signals. Threaten the deposit if smoking in non smoking rooms or areas!! I am picky, and I took only one star off because everything else was very clean. The breakfast selection, venue, and views were awesome! Overall, it’s a good price for what you get.

From fresh fruit and pastries to local delicacies like dumplings, there was something for every taste. Though not everyone was fluent in English, they made a genuine effort to assist with all requests. I felt welcomed throughout my stay, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. 5. Room Size: While the rooms were clean and comfortable, they weren’t particularly spacious, especially if you’re staying for a longer period or with family. It was fine for a solo traveler or a couple, but families might feel a bit cramped. 2. Limited Dining Options: While the breakfast was great, the hotel’s on-site dining options beyond breakfast were somewhat limited. There is a small restaurant, but for more varied meal options, you’ll need to explore nearby restaurants or order delivery. 3. Noise: Depending on your room’s location, you might hear some street noise, especially during busy times. It wasn’t overwhelming but could be noticeable for light sleepers. Who It’s Best For:

I like the service attitude here. The lady took me to the elevator all the way. Thank you very much. A bowl of noodles for two late at night: I asked the front desk and I could go directly to the second floor. I don’t understand why I had to book it an hour in advance? I thought the waiter would deliver it to the room. Afternoon tea for two: I didn’t use it because I was in a hurry. Exclusive and caring butler service: I thought there would be a front desk WeChat to chat directly, but there was no, and I didn’t experience it. Facilities: quite complete, Service: The front desk was eating when checking out? Speech was unclear. Environment: Not bad, very close to Nanchang West Station. Sanitation: This time is better than last time. Just ask for quiet and farther away from the elevator, but it’s right next to the elevator! ! I don’t understand how they understand it.

This stay is definitely the great experience. Very clean and comfortable. Firstly the room is stylish with comfortable atmosphere. Secondly the air condition system is very powerful and easy to control. Thirdly the bed and pillows are super quality. Also, the location is very good. Only 5 minutes distance by foot to underground station. Most attractive places are around The Line 2 and Line 4. Finally the most important is the value of the money.
