The room was very spacious. I stayed with my child, and the two beds could be pushed together, creating a huge area, so I didn't have to worry about my child falling off the bed. The hotel is quite new, and the shower pressure was excellent. It's also conveniently located, with Wanshou Palace and Tengwang Pavilion just a short taxi ride away. The breakfast 'banfen' (mixed rice noodles) was genuinely delicious; in contrast, local food outside was often too salty for my palate. Overall, I would still highly recommend this hotel. Now for the downsides: Despite requesting a non-smoking room, there was a noticeable smell of smoke. Also, the mini-fridge light stayed on all night, which was bothersome as I prefer to sleep in complete darkness. Upon arrival that evening, the elevator was uncomfortably hot as there was no air conditioning. The AC in the room was also only turned on after we entered, and it took a while for the room to cool down sufficiently. A small suggestion for improvement: At our previous hotel in Hangzhou, the front desk called to confirm our estimated check-in time and had the air conditioning turned on beforehand. So, upon opening the door, we were immediately met with refreshing coolness.
