The hotel location is great — very convenient and close to everything. The room was big and clean.The staff were generally okay when I checked out, the staff was quite friendly, more so than the one who checked me in. Overall, a pleasant stay.

The hotel is clean and near XinJieKou shopping area. Kitchen staff service is horrible. No passion in preparing their foods. Noodles are overcooked, coffee tastes terrible. Food quality is bad.

Lobby is small but room is big and quite clean. Very comfortable stay for 4 nights. Location is accessible. the male staff ( with spec) during my stay from 24 ~28 Mar is very friendly and helpful… breakfast has many variety compared to my 2 other hotels like Quan Ji hotel…
Washing machines site is not so organised and felt a bit dirty… but still can use
Overall, quite a good hotel and will choose this brand if location is suitable
